Be saintly…or full of sin, no matter which Kat Von D understands your twisted personality. Her new fragrance release is getting quite a few raves and looks like on top of the brand new perfumes she’s gone and released a few other exciting items.
Jump for it!
If you’re not quite ready to dish out the dough for Kat Von D Parfum in it’s full size try out the new Kat Von D Rollerball in Saint or Sinner for $16 Each.
Each of Kat’s new scents is housed inside an easy to apply roll on bottle for quickie touch ups on the fly or as an inexpensive way to treat yourself to these decadent new fragrances!
If you’re up for a little bit of fabulously chic you can try out Kat Von D Purser Spray for $42 Each available in both Saint and Sinner. These portable purse sprays look like they are made up of some sort of silver. Quite nice to look at that’s for sure!
I’m dying to indulge myself.
Kat Von D’s new fragrances are available now at Sephora.
With the Fall quickly approaching it’s become my duty to get my cat eye on which I epically fail out by the way.
That’s why I want to practice with something cheap but that’s of decent quality.
No worries got me some Milani Infinite Liquid Eye Liner and working my way to a dramatically lined look for Fall!
Check ’em after the jump!
All my adventures with liquid lining have always been a tad bit of a problem, I haven’t yet given up and I’m well on my way to performing amazing feats of dramatic eye lining tricks…or maybe that’s my imagination running away with itself.
Either way, I wasn’t really interested in spending about $20-$25 bucks on a liquid liner when I suck so hard at application. That’s why I was pleasantly surprised to hear about the new Milani Infinite Liquid Eye Liners available in a rainbow of cool shades at a budget price.
This is a great little liquid liner with a thin precise tip for application. Although a brush application it’s nicely dense so it won’t wobble around as you apply. The colors are all richly pigmented and application is a snap without skipping or having to go back and reline. I blame the rich pigment on the fact you won’t have problems with skipping as it simply lines straight across without having to go over it or start again to cover any skips. The shades are all really vibrant so if you’re not wanting to do a traditional black liner look you can pick any number of cool colors to work with to make your look unique and fun!
The colors I tried out were Everlast (Black), Infinite (Sapphire Blue), Endless (Rich Royal Purple), and Eternal (Olive Green). Out of the four I absolutely adore Eternal as I’m all about green on my big brown eyes as it lends a certain mystery to my looks.
The formula is pretty much smudge proof and lasts all day without fading or creasing. It says 24 hour wear but I’m honestly not up for testing those number out (I will not sleep in my makeup for the sake of Musings, somethings I simply will not do) but just rest assured it’ll stick around for a good long while. It’s fairly easy to remove as well with oil based cleanser.
Overall, if you’re looking for an inexpensive richly hued shade of liquid liner do check out the new Milani Infinite range, I’m positive liquid liners fans will love ’em and brand new folks can take advantage of an inexpensive liquid liner that’s not hard on the wallet.
Even though I stink at lining with this medium I’m sticking a Muse Approval on ’em for purchase, good stuff!
P.S. I’m ever so tempted to try them as an all over lid color, is that terribly weird?
Barbie still loves Stila this Fall season, you’re not alone Barbie, the Muse really loves Stila too.

It’s available now for $22 from Stila.
Givenchy’s Fall Collection is proving to be one of my favorites this season. I’m delighted with the brand new shades of lipstick introduced which are soft, romantic shades that enhance my own natural lip color.

Two brand new shades of limited edition lippies compliment the Givenchy Les Poetiques Fall Collection. Each shade introduced is in a different Givenchy lipstick formula. Both shades are soft, natural shades which compliment the palettes introduced with this collection.
The first shade Poetique Camelia is in the Givenchy Rouge Interdit Shine Lipstick format. This is a soft peach pink with a shimmer finish. The formula if Interdit Shine is moist, sheer, and glossy.
The other shade introduced, Poetique Iris, is available in the Givenchy Rouge Interdit Satin Lipstick format. This shade is a light pink much liked Urban Decay Naked but with a deeper hint of mauve. Satin is considerably easier to apply than Shine and the formula is beautifully glossy and rich. It’s a subtle, sheer color that enhances the look of my naturally pink lips.
Overall, each shade is better than the next and worthy of a pick up as they combine beautifully well with the softer shades of the Les Poetiques Prismissime Eyes for a full on romantic look for Fall!
