As per the Muse’s norm the first thing that captures her interest when exploring cosmetics is eyeshadow. I’m an eyeshadow kinda girl first off. Secondly, I go straight for the blush. And of course most important concealer…

After all that I normally explore glosses, base products, etc….

You know what’s last? Lipstick. I dunno why that is but it’s one of the last things that interests me. Which is why I could have overlooked Chanel Aqualumiere Sheer Colour Lipshine in Grenada if I hadn’t gotten a sample to try out!

Dear Santa,

I read somewhere that J-Lo smears La Mer Moisturizer all over her body like it doesn’t cost crazy money. So this year I’d love it very much if you could maybe help me win the lotto as I want to be just like J-Lo when I grow up as I’m all about smearing La Mer all over my body and hey since it’s lottery money I’d smear my dog in it too and get a few gifts to throw at family and friends.

C.O. Bigelow Mentha Lip Cordials have been on my hit list since I seen them pop up online. Count me curious as they sounded so yummy but did anyone feel like the word “mentha” just didn’t belong together with flavors like hot chocolate and spiced cider? I mean mentha=mint plus spiced cider? buttered rum? Totally makes me gag…!

The Muse set out to find out how scary mentha would be combined which such thrilling holiday flavors and she was delightfully surprised!
