Thanks to Davina for e-mailing to say she spotted the Stila Holiday Collection 2010 on Sephora’s website today.

I gave you a brief glimpse of it when a Beauty Editor tweeted a pic of it and earlier this week I showed you the Stila Holiday Palette that HSN Beauty will have available in October.

A few years ago everyone went wow, wow over the Sephora Blockbuster Palette. Granted, at the time, we hadn’t ever seen anything like it (pre Sephora introducing Blockbuster, after Blockbuster, after Blockbuster palette…)…..

I mean people were generally excited about it. So much so that it sold out and was gone for a good deal of December so we all had panic attacks about not getting our hands on a ka-chingin’ amount of makeup. Needless to say I think it was late January before we seen it again….

So…if you hadn’t experienced this epidemic for yourself at the time, you might be wondering why we got that excited about Sephora makeup. I haven’t a clue to be honest….It was just the latest and greatest to hit the mark I suppose.

Moral of the story?

Flash forward several years and Sephora Endless Color Blockbuster Palette is available. $435 dollars worth of Sephora makeup (sarcastic yay!) housed in a palette shaped like a Sephora bag. Lord knows if you can’t dig the makeup, at the very least, you have to dig the packaging.

Phew! Way to soon to worry about it at the moment but honestly with the rainy windy weather outside my window I’m pretty sure it feels more Winter than Summer today.

But I can’t deny that I’m already salivating and rubbing my hands in glee!

Ok, let me tell you, I so wish I was a California gurl when the Stila Warehouse Sale is on. Once or twice a year Stila has a huge warehouse sale and invites junkies to get their fix with rock bottom prices on all their incredible makeup. Fab right? Well, fab if you’re on the west coast but if you’re stuck somewhere in between or on the east coast like me chances are you’re not overindulging your sweet tooth on fabulous Stila makeup at sweet ass prices.

Damn, life is unfair.

Before I get into a major discussion about Stila’s Warehouse sale (yes, you TOO can take advantage even if you aren’t in sunny CA) let me tell you a little sumthing, sumthing about Stila Holiday 2010. Fall is right around the corner. Can you believe it? Target is filling up with Back to School goodies and I must admit I’m ever so eager to scroll through the aisles before it gets ripped apart. You know Back to School is kinda like Christmas at times isn’t it?

I’m not heading back to school anytime, this Muse is done with school and the likes but I LOVE me some school supplies, bring it baby!

Soon after Fall, the Holidays will be here! Eep! That’s around the corner too isn’t it?

Well, might as well start our Monday right and take a peek at a new Dior Holiday Palette releasing in the UK come October (hopefully it’s a prelude of what we’ll see for Dior Holiday 2010).
