Holiday Collections 2010
Get it? Tie Dye For? Ha! See? I’m not so slow after all. Granted, I didn’t get the Hide and Go Cheek reference from Hard Candy but I totally get the to Tie Dye For one!
In all seriousness this is probably my favorite gloss set of the season. Purchasing gloss sets during the Holidays is a hit or miss situation. It’s hard to say which will be winners and which will be mediocre purchases that saved you money but don’t have an incredible formula to back them up.
The Lorac Tie Dye For Lip Gloss Gift Set gets you five generous lipglosses, with a fab formula, plus it’ll only set you back $25 bucks. Formula, quantity, and inexpensive? Check, Check, Check!
I’m being all kinds of cheap about my Shu Uemura Abracadabra Fantasy for Holiday 2010 haul. I want just about all of it but I looked back on some old posts and I noticed that Shu had a Friends and Family Event around the end of the month last year so I’m trying hard to wait as it’ll save me a load of money if I can haul the collection with 20% off.
Yes, frugal Muse sometimes exists too and demands entrance.
Dude, I got lost this morning.
Not the kinda lost that requires map quest but the kind that requires a face chart, ASAP, pronto. The Bobbi Brown Smoldering Eye Palette is rock-a-locking like nobody’s beeswax but I was so clueless how to use it. The palette is made up of four decadent shades of color and looks so amazing but damn I was really lost for a while trying to figure out a look using it.
For the first time, it what seems to be too many years to count, I am bringing you Japanese Cosmetic Collections for Holiday 2010.
I’ve been very remiss in covering Beauty Abroad particularly Japan lately for a few reasons one of which was alot of rehash of colors, products, and generally items I wasn’t interested in particularly Holiday Coffrets which normally excite me.
Last year, I covered one or two items from Japan but nothing major since I failed to find the joy in some of the releases plus a few readers had expressed a dislike for the reviews because they felt it was difficult to locate the products in the review.
This year, I felt like we could use a little different. So for the first time in a while I will be covering Japan Winter and Holiday 2010. This will include reviews from Kanebo including Kate and Lavshuca plus Shiseido’s Majolica Majorca Holiday 2010 Collection and many other interesting bits and bobs.
I hope you’re excited about these reviews as I am.
Until they arrive please feel free to dive into the archives and start brushing up on Japanese Makeup if you haven’t already, there is ALOT of catching up to do if you haven’t had a chance to see these posts.
Feel free to tell me what Japanese and/or Asian Collections that are tickling you this Holiday.
