Spring Collections 2011

Chanel Spring 2011 Makeup Collection

The Beauty Bulletin shares images of the Chanel Spring 2011 Makeup Collection today. I’m quite excited to see the exquisite Ombres Pereless de Chanel Eye Palette which contains five sparkling shades of eyeshadow.

NYC New York Color Cosmetics Spring 2011 Collection

Eva Chen was tweeting images of the new NYC New York Color Cosmetics Spring 2011 Collection last week and after a little searching I came across the full list of items.

I imagine we’ll start to see some of these items something in March.

Let’s have a look!

Guerlain Spring Collection 2011

Guerlain Spring 2010 brought us visions of Cherry Blossoms. The collection was feminine, flirty, and pink! Images of Spring 2011 are popping up on quite a few European websites and this year it doesn’t quite capture the Spring vibe it did last year. Guerlain goes a bit more traditional this year with a resort-y type Spring Collection. It’s not uncommon for brands to do bronze, resort-like shades and collections for Spring as we are still deep in Winter when they release these items and I guess they feel like people are gearing up for warmer weather or a mid-Winter break to some fabulous Island. Whatever the case may be Guerlain captures some of that vibe with Spring 2011.

Let’s have a glance at the images.

Cover Girl Nature Luxe Collection Spring 2011

Here’s the first look at the Cover Girl Nature Luxe launching for Spring 2011. As you know from my prior post Taylor Swift’s premiere as the Covergirl Spokesperson will be with the new Nature Luxe Collection. This is supposed to be a more high end version of Covergirl’s offerings and is supposed to appeal to high-end shoppers that happen to be browsing their makeup, drugstore aisles, hey, that’s me!

The line only includes, that I know of so far, Covergirl Liquid Silk Foundation and their new Gloss Balm. The Nature Luxe Collection contains natural ingredients so this should appeal to the green friendly makeup users among us.

I have to admit that when it comes to organic and greener makeup options at the drugstore, in most cases, I’ve been very disappointed so I’m curious how Covergirl’s new collection will hold up.

What do you think?
