Spring Collections 2013
Sonia Kashuk Undetectable Creme Bronzer ($10.99) is one of thee most interesting bronzers I’ve had the pleasure of using. I’m not a bronzing person and I find them difficult to apply correctly but this is probably one of the most innovative formulas I’ve run across that melds perfectly with skin creating a VERY natural, smooth, seamless finish.

Stila has two new On the Red Carpet Palettes featuring six eyeshadows, highlighter, blush, and a Smudge Stick that’s available exclusively at QVC.
And The Winner Is…is the warmer of the two palettes and has a nice array of beautiful nudes and naturals.

How are you feeling about the new MAC Surge Mineralize Rich Lipstick ($22)? These lipsticks launched earlier this month and I’ve been testing them the last few days and must say they have a super rich, creamy formula that’s quite incredible.
I know they are a good deal expensive compared to MAC’s regular lipstick range but the formula and texture is superior.

MAC Extended Play Gigablack Lash Mascara ($16) is one of MAC’s newest mascara creations they recently launched. If you’re anything like me when it comes to MAC Mascaras you might be thinking MAC Extended Play Gigablack Lash is something you can safely skip.
Because let’s be truthful, MAC Mascara is kinda a hit or miss situation.
But don’t overlook this one…it’s a surprising sleeper hit.
Victoria’s Secret takes a little hint from MAC with their new Luminous Mineral Blush Duo. One compact, split down the middle with two glowing blushes.
Sound good to you?
Spring always seems like a good time to sort through your old skincare especially January when you’re possibly making a beauty resolution to take better care of your skin.
I know personally I try really hard to ditch the skincare I am currently using and replace it with something new I’d like to try or an old favorite as typically at this point it is nearing a year old. I tend to get anal about skincare and label the back of jars with the date I purchased the product. This is a handy way to know when it’s time for that product to be swept away and replaced. Label makers are so cheap at Staples and I promise it isn’t terribly Sheldon Cooper of you to label makeup or skincare products as a gentle reminder that it is indeed time to toss something out.
