This is a lightweight, soft, satiny lotion that would best be suited for oily or combination skin types. Although drier skin might get a kick out of during the warmer weather!

L’Oreal introduced their new L’Oreal Voluminous Power Volume Black Smoke 24H Mascara for Spring 2013 and I have to tell you I was hesitate about indulging.
My experience with the Voluminous Mascara Collection has been rather poor and in general, I’d be the first one to admit I haven’t found many mascaras, both high and low end, that have truly wow’ed me over the last several years.
But this year I seem to be on a roll! First the new Telescopic Mascara and now this little gem from L’Oreal and I’m one very happy mascara girl (P.S. Another one to think about, the new Tarte Mascara launching with the Tarte QVC Today Special Value, more on that soon).
