Spring Collections 2014
Bare Minerals Swoon Blush is a shade that was released with the Bare Minerals True Romantic Collection for Spring 2014. I actually purchased this on a whim when I grabbed up the Bare Minerals The True Romantic Ready Eyeshadow Palette because I thought it would be a nice compliment to the quad.
I think it might be limited edition but it’s apparently permanent in the UK but don’t quote me. If you do love it after reading my review it is still available at QVC.com.
Let’s take a look!
I was quick to come to the defense of Milani reintroduction of their Rose Powder Blush but I have to admit Milani Lady Rouge Rose Powder Blush did disappoint slightly.
I’ve had hit and miss issues with the newer Milani Rose Blushes. Some are great but some are a bit too dry and bright and this falls true for Lady Rouge.
Take a peek!
The Bobbi Brown Nectar & Nude Eye Palette is a limited edition Spring 2014 eyeshadow palette featuring an selection of six Bobbi Brown Eyeshadows as well as a dual ended brush for application.
The Bobbi Brown Nectar & Nude Eyeshadow Palette embraces the nude, naked eye trend for Spring looks which I’m loving at the moment and as a Bobbi Brown fan I was excited to try this!
Crest Mint Chocolate Trek Toothpaste is one of three new, possibly limited edition Crest Toothpastes that are launching in drugstores at the moment.
I’ve already tried and reviewed the other two flavors for you which were Vanilla Mint Spark and Lime Spearmint Zest.
I’m not a huge chocolate person and def can’t be qualified as choc-a-holic. I really love British chocolates but if every Cadbury factory in the UK suddenly disappeared I probably wouldn’t be too upset about it. Chocolate is ok but not something I seek out madly. I think in particular bath and body scented product or chocolate flavored items like lip balm really gross me out. I’m not a major fan.
I DO like chocolate chip mint ice cream though! So Crest Mint Chocolate Trek Toothpaste seemed like something that would be fitting along those lines…
So this one could have went either way for. It could potentially win a gag award or it could be a tasty treat for teeth!
NYC City Proof Twistable Intense Lip Color ($2.99) is a new chubby lip pencil balm that NYC New York Color Cosmetics launched for Spring 2014 12 shades.
I only tried one of these so far but didn’t really love the shade…..so I may need to grab up a few more to test further.
Update: I revised my review because the shade I originally tried really didn’t give me a feel for the product so I purchased a new shade CVS recently and decided to update my thoughts!
Here’s some of my thoughts!
