Winter Collections 2012
Those looking for a little more posh on the Holiday 2012 scene need look no further as Laura Mercier has a beautiful selection of palettes and gift sets available for Holiday 2012. And even a baked eyeshadow trio or two that this Muse has her eye on.
And please, let’s not forget, the best deal of the season, Laura Mercier Mini Lip Glace Collection! If you don’t own Lip Glaces you are sincerely missing out on a super special lip product.
Shall we have a look?
New season, new Pocketbacs. Quite absurd we are discussing Holiday 2012 Pocketbacs today considering I just started using my Halloween 2012 ones but indeed, it’s that time of the year again.
Time for stuffing stockers with Pocketbacs for a germ-free Holiday. I’m completely anal about clean hands so everyone I know will be getting one or two of these in their stocking this year and with new scents like Gold Dust and Pink Diamond I’d say my own stocking will have some too!
Just wanted to say I am a bit behind on stuff this week. I have to pick winners for last week’s giveaways and mail out a few giveaways (if you haven’t gotten your prize don’t worry it’s coming your way soon). Most important I am very, very, very, very behind on e-mail. Apologies if I haven’t replied, I’ve just been swamped. I’m also a bit behind on comments and hope to get that cleared up shortly as well.
Now…on with the Holiday 2012 show!
Today my little eye has wandered across a few new items from the Sephora Holiday 2012 Collection, here are some items I might want to pick up!
‘Twas the Night Before Christmas and all through the house not a creature was stirring not even a mouse…
Wait!? What’s that I hear? The trickle of water! Must be the Muse in her bath enjoying a trio of delightful Philosophy Holiday Shower Gels.
Philosophy ‘Twas the Night Before is a selection of three festive Philosophy 3 in 1 Shower Gels for gifting and getting.
I got my hands on the new Disney Cinderella Storylook Eyeshadow Palette available at Sephora. Quite excited. At first glance of the promo image I was somewhat wary of the cooler, pastel shades but I’m happy to report there are some warmer shades in the mix as well.
The Storylook Eyeshadow Palette ($55) is home to twenty eyeshadows inspired by none other than Cinderella herself. With original artwork created by Disney that portrays Cinderella’s silhouette on the outer packaging of the palette in silver and gold detailing.
The pull out velvet lined tray holds a secondary shade holding the eyeshadows. The tray of shadows is easily removed so you can keep the outer packaging as a jewelry box or a place to hold small treasures after you’re done with the palette.
Here’s a little sneak peek in pictures.
Bath & Body Works Holiday 2012 Traditions have launched! They should be in stores shortly and are now available online.
I’m trying not to fall into panic mode because I don’t see Twisted Peppermint. I figure maybe they have something special planned for the blend. I hope…! Keep calm and carry on with this post Muse.
I do see a brand new Holiday 2012 Fragrance called Snowberry though!
Take a look.
So, you know that I LOVE It Cosmetics Vitality Lip Flush right?
What if I told you that you could own six shades of it for $50? That’s $10 bucks each plus how about we throw it into a very fancy box for the Holidays so you can gift it if you so please….
I NEED the It Cosmetics Holiday Edition Vitality Lip Flush Stain Collection in my life.
Diorskin Nude Skin Glowing Makeup is a newly launched hydrating liquid foundation that creates a flawless, bare skin finish.
I’m seeing SO many different foundations lately that embrace second skin technology however, many of them prove a little to runny for me and I’m not liking the “glow” effect that comes along with them.
However, I was quite curious to check out Diorskin Nude Skin Glowing Makeup and quite happy I did as it’s a keeper.
Chanel Rouge Allure Velvet Lipstick in L’Impatiente ($32) is a limited edition shade release with the Chanel Holiday 2012 Makeup Collection.
It’s actually a terrifying shade for me as it is the ultimate in a vampy lip look but after trying it I must say I really like it.
Too Faced Glamour to Go Palette is back with a new Spun Sugar Edition for Holiday 2012. This light on the wallet $22 dollar palette features eight Too Faced Eyeshadows, a highlighter, a bronzer, a lipgloss, and a mirror all in one small palette making it travel and stocking stuffer friendly.
Take a look!
