Either way, I’m somehow hopeful they actually improved the formula as I didn’t love it my first time around. And actually felt kinda bad because so many people proclaimed what a HG (holy grail) eye makeup remover it was.
Yeah, it kinda does resemble a milk shake as it’s a bi phase remover that has a milky liquid on the bottom half and a more oil-like one on the top. Shake it and it becomes a milky substance for whisking away eye makeup easily.
My main issue with it was it created trippy cloud vision. As much as I’d like to turn the lights down low, throw a few colored scarfs over my lamp shades, and put on a little Hendrix on while enjoying my tab dropping lack of vision I can’t say I feel completely comfortable when something weird is up with my eyes. I have a panic attack when I need to get them dilated.
So here’s hoping new packaging means an improved formula!
Have you every used Skin Food’s Milk Shake Makeup Remover?
Dontcha just hate oil cleansers or eye makeup removers that give you cloudy vision!?
Ok, I admit it, I make little spreadsheets of skincare I want to try. I call them my Do Want lists. I basically have a spreadsheet for moisturizers, eye creams, and other skincare products that I want to try at some point. Most of them are gimmicky moisturizers that probably won’t change my life any time soon but one can hope that they’ll be amazing.
When it comes to Korean skincare my lemmings deepen because truly Asian brands promise the world when it comes to skincare and you utterly buy into that fact due to how fresh and incredible the promo models look in the advertisements.
Here are five moisturizers, including a Twi-hard one, that I want to try.
Skin Food Vita Water Drop CC Cream SPF 35 PA ++ was recently introduced in Korea and comes in two cute designer tubes. From my understanding the formulas are the same but the tubes they come in are different. I’ve been on a CC Cream kick lately so I was excited about trying out Skin Food’s formula.
Who knows maybe Skin Food CC Cream could become my next favorite?
Yes, there’s another version of Skin Food Facial Water Vita Mist. I’ve already reviewed A and B for you so Skin Food Facial Vita-C Mist is next up and I promise the very last of the Vita Mist series.
I generally love facial mists and these have been a staple of my daily AM and PM skincare regime as of late. Plus with Summer here I’ll probably make even more use of them as I tend to over do facial mist in the warmer weather.
Sometimes you have those days that your eyes need a little pick me. That’s when I reach for Skin Food Facial Ice Vita Cooling Stick. Skin Food Facial Ice Vita Cooling Stick is a moisturizing, cooling, and very refreshing stick moisturizer that you can use in the AM, PM, or on the go to depuff eyes while giving them some much needed moisture quickly and easily.
Now it won’t take the place of your favorite eye cream it will however, be a great little pick me up if your eyes need a little depuffing action during the day!
