Exfoliators

I went through this phase where peeling gels were kinda my deal. However, if you have terribly dry skin they really aren’t a great pick for exfoliation.
However, if you’re sensitive, oily, or combo they are a gentle way to exfoliate skin without stripping it. On the upside, they are also easy enough to use daily which makes for a great pick for drier skin which tends to go dry if you’re using an exfoliator that’s gritter or “scrubbier” for lack of a better word.
Skinfood Pineapple Peeling Gel is a gentle way to exfoliate skin.
How’s it work?

My Beauty Diary Vanilla Souffle Face Scrub why you so cute for?
My Beauty Diary introduced this little face peel a while ago but I never got around to reviewing it. Lucky enough they continue to release cute little skincare products here and there which I’m loving as they originally started out as a line of facial sheet masks only.
The brand is Taiwanese so not readily available at your local CVS but it’s easy enough to locate online for fairly close to retail prices as well as in smaller Asian beauty shops if you live in a heavily Asian populated neighborhood or city.
Let’s take a peek!

I’ve had incredible success with much of the Philosophy Miracle Worker Collection and absolutely loved the Brightening and Dark Spot Corrector Treatment so of course the new Philosophy The Microdelivery Triple Acid Brightening Peel was something I absolutely had to try out for myself.
These are pre-saturated pads with brightening and anti-aging benefits. I’ve used them for the better part of four months or so now so I think I’m finally ready to review them.
Take a look!

I was able to finally locate the new St. Ives Scrub Free Exfoliating Pads. None of the drugstores in New York seem to have these so I grabbed them from Drugstore.com finally as Ulta.com had sold out.
Let’s take a look!

I love mint. Especially in the Winter, not that New York is actually have much of a Winter this year. Feels more like Spring outside.
But yeah, love me some mint in the Winter.
Dunno if the Holiday Season is to blame or I just like the cool, crisp smell of it in my shower and my beauty life “just because”, either way I loves it.
So I decided to pick up some Bath & Body Works True Blue Peppermint Really Refreshing Face Scrub to celebrate.
