Lumene Bright Now Visible Repair 2 in 1 Eye Cream & Concealer is a new brightening eye cream and concealer duo that comes housed in one pot. I love the idea of products that kill two birds with one stone! This not only preps eyes for concealer but also COMES WITH it’s own pot of concealer so you can smooth on your eye cream and pat some concealer into place right away to hydrated, treat, prep, and conceal eyes in one go.
Missha Geumsul Vitalizing Stick Eye Cream ($24) is a recently introduced product in the Missha Misa Collection that became available this past January.
It’s probably one of Missha’s more expensive products because lord knows the brand is all about inexpensively awesome Asia beauty products. Can I just say that Missha is going places and I wouldn’t be surprised if at some point they pop up in Target like Laneige. As a Korean brand they have made such an impact across the US online community. It’s fabulous to see! I wish more Asian beauty brands would take Missha’s lead!
Needless to say I’m all about Missha Geumsul Vitalizing Stick Eye Cream as it’s an innovative way to get a little moisture under your eyes!
I think Olay Total Effects Eye Brightening CC Cream actually used to be Olay Total Effects Eye Transforming Cream but don’t quote me there as I never tried the original. It looks like they just added CC Cream into the name.
Although this has correcting benefits I think CC Cream is misleading in the name as it contains no color, doesn’t act as a concealer, etc…color correcting or CC Cream would relate to something with tint or something that has a color adapting shade. Olay Total Effects Eye Brightening CC Cream does not have such a tint. So it can be both misleading and confusing to consumers. Of course, more appealing as well, “Oh CC Cream for eyes, have to try that!” A more accurate product would be Covergirl + Olay Eye Rehab as at least this does act as a skincare and concealer in one.
However…let’s check Olay Total Effects Eye Brightening CC Cream and see what the scoop is!
It’s a funny thing about Olay Regenerist Luminous Dark Circle Correcting Hydraswirl ($33.99) it might seem expensive for a drugstore eye cream but it actually has some rather fine ingredients.
Olay Regenerist Luminous Dark Circle Correcting Hydraswirl is one of a few new skincare products launched in the Regenerist Luminous Collection (there’s a cleanser and a new moisturizer as well) that addresses the appearance of dark circles.
Let’s take a look!
