Well Garnier, I have to give you credit where credit is due. You’re consistent with your skincare and you create a variety of products that promise the world to womankind.
You have to give props to the Garnier Nutritioniste Collection just for the sheer volume alone of products they release each year. Wrinkles, crows feet, age spots, you name it and Sarah Jessica Parker is probably smiling from your TV set selling it to you. I’ve ventured into Garnier a time or two but I’ve never found products that have caused mega, wow aspiring effects to make me look fresher, younger, or more gorgeous.
However, I will tell you about a winner of a product that Garnier has introduced recently.
Def worth your time.
Lumene skin care always garners some of my attention because hey, you purchase this shiz at your local drugstore for affordable prices and get the benefits of a posher brand of skin care for a considerably less than counter brands.
Loves that right?
I have a love affair with the Lumene Vitamin C+ Energy Cocktail so recently on a foray through CVS I came across the new Lumene Vitamin C+ Bright Skin Radiance Nectar which promises to whiten and brighten up my skin. Aw hells to the yes. You know I’m all about brighter, whiter skin. They also have a new Lumene Vitamin C+ Pure Radiance 24 Hour Lotion to go along with the serum. Happy Days!
Dear Soap and Glory,
Dude, what up?
I was at Target two weeks ago and I gotta say your display is looking all kinds of poorly. Each time I pass it, less and less product is available. The Muse is starting to grow cold and alone without you at my local Target.
Whatever will I do?
You’re taking way too long to announce your new retailer and honestly, I’m starting to get worried. I really do not want to arrange flights to England simply to shop Soap and Glory at Boots, it’s too costly! Although maybe some other readers of Musings might want to help spring for a jet….but if I can’t get the funds together for that, won’t you please consider getting your new retail information up soon?
Tea together soon?
Yeah, well, Soap and Glory still hasn’t announced its new retailer and lord knows I’m having bad cases of withdrawal, oh so this is what it feels like to come down from meth, ok, not that bad, totally dramatic moment there.
Hopefully we don’t have to wait much longer but while we do want a review of Soap & Glory Night In Shining Armour?
As I blogger I tend to test WAY too much makeup, skincare, fragrance, and beauty bits and bobs. One thing I never did get into testing was skincare. For a very long time, I avoided trying out new lotions and potions because I always blamed my great skin on Lush Cosmetics and was quite happy with my skincare regime from them.
About a year and a half into my adventures on Musings I started to testing way too much skincare from various brands. I was switching up my moisturizer, my toner, and just about everything else. I dunno what prompted me to cheat on Lush when I was so very die hard, faithful to them for such a long time……
Last month I realized that I needed to embraced my Lush again because my skin just wasn’t looking as great as it did when I was using it. Dullness, oily forehead, and even tiny break outs on my jaw line were some of the problems I had been experiencing after leaving my beloved Lush behind.
Although I’ve shared with you my secrets of Lush in the past, I’ve never really sat down and reviewed the items I’ve spoken about in past posts and I think that needs to be changed right now.
Because everyone should about the joys of great skin care.
Jump ahead to learn about my HG (holy grail) moisturizer from Lush!
Hey there, Hi there.
So we all know I really dig on mint right? Now I really love mint in my skincare which is somewhat unheard of because hey I imagine mint would be considered a little irritating on your face but I happen to have bulletproof skin and nothing phases me!
A few weeks ago I reviewed BeautyDIY Spearmint Oil-Cut Triple Hydrating Icy Gel and this week I have BeautyDIY Spearmint Fresh Hydrating Gel to review for ya.
