Naya Rivera, the star of the hit TV show “Glee,” has signed on as the new Proactiv Celebrity Ambassador.
Naya is a Proativ user since high school and will appear in several new Proativ TV spots debuting this Spring. She joins the ranks other stars like the Bieb and Katy Perry
Nay proclaims, “I am excited to be a part of a show that encourages teens and young adults to embrace their differences and be proud of who they are as an individual, which is exactly why I am honored to represent Proactiv. Working with Proactiv will allow me to take that self confidence message a step further by helping individuals tackle their acne and literally put their best face forward.”
Naya’s Proactiv favorite is the Proactiv 3 Step System:
- Step 1: Renewing Cleanser – This cleanser contains prescription-grade benzoyl peroxide with advanced micro crystals that quickly penetrate pores to start killing acne-causing bacteria on contact. At the same time, chamomile extract and other soothing ingredients help keep skin balanced and hydrated.
- Step 2: Revitalizing Toner – Glycolic acid, a botanical-rich blend of chamomile, aloe and panthenol combine to remove dead skin cells while hydrating and soothing to help achieve an even-toned complexion.
- Step 3: Repairing Treatment – This medicated lotion absorbs deep into pores and contains prescription-grade benzoyl peroxide, with ultra fine micro-crystals, that go quickly into cleansed, open pores to start killing acne-causing bacteria on contact.
The set is $19.95 and available at www.proactiv.com

Boscia Detoxifying Black Cleanser is a warming gel cleanser that promises a deep, detoxifying clean. The heat of the cleanser is supposed to open up pores and de-clog them whisking away oil, makeup and other gunk!
And perhaps not as much as a gimmick as Biore’s version.

Purity used to be by go to cleanser but I noticed it was drying my face out a fair bit so not sure how I’ll fair with the cleansing gel.
