Ok, I admit it, I make little spreadsheets of skincare I want to try. I call them my Do Want lists. I basically have a spreadsheet for moisturizers, eye creams, and other skincare products that I want to try at some point. Most of them are gimmicky moisturizers that probably won’t change my life any time soon but one can hope that they’ll be amazing.
When it comes to Korean skincare my lemmings deepen because truly Asian brands promise the world when it comes to skincare and you utterly buy into that fact due to how fresh and incredible the promo models look in the advertisements.
Here are five moisturizers, including a Twi-hard one, that I want to try.
Avon Elements Moisture Boost Eye Cream is part of the new Elements Moisture Skincare Collection. The eye cream might seem a bit familiar and that would be because it comes from the same collection as the Avon Elements Moisture Boost Night Gel Cream that I recently review.
Although I didn’t get on very well with the Night Gel Cream I was eager to test out the eye cream. I have drier eyes so anything that says “moisture” and “boost” in the same sentence excites me.
Let’s take a look!
Just for the record no matter how much sleep I get
I always want more my eyes always look terribly exhausted!
I consider it a sign of old age because I don’t remember having a case of sleepy eyes in my teens. As I recall they were all bright eyed and bushy tailed prepared to meet the day with a smile. Now they are all, “aw hells no today is Monday?”
So I suffer from the typical age old issue of dryness, minor darkness, puffiness, and just generally tired looking eyes.
Origins GinZing Refreshing Eye Cream ($30) promises to brighten and depuff while acting like a double shot of espresso for my eyes. By the way did I every tell you how much I hate coffee but love Starbucks Iced Hazelnut Macchiatos? But the damn thing gives me heart palpitations! For serious.
Dull skin? No worries Lancome has created their new Energie de Vie Dullness Relief & Energy Recharge Skincare to address just that issue! Without makeup my skin is lifeless dude. Seriously, lackluster, no glow, no blush, nada…it’s just dead. At the very least I need a little cheek stain to brighten it up some but can’t go completely without makeup as I feel like a little mole with nothing on.
That’s why I’m always looking for skincare to brighten it up and give it a little more life.
Count me curious about the new Lancome Energie de Vie Dullness Relief & Energy Recharge Skincare!
