I was a little disappointed with Slakin & Co’s original Holiday 2012 Collection. Some of the scents just weren’t for me (have you smelled Thanksgiving yet? Ugh it’s awful!) however, I’m delighted that they have introduced several more scents that I’ll surely be picking up during the next two for twenty deal.

Listen up dry eyes…! Winter is coming! Time to moisturize well! Moisture is key to flawless looking concealer. You should be apply a daily eye cream in the AM and a richer one in the PM to restore moisture to drier eyes so your concealer will look fresh and beautiful.
No one loves creasing, fading, uneven concealer and that’s exactly what you’ll end up with if you’re skipping prepping well with a proper eye cream. With the cooler weather creeping up I tend to rotate my eye cream to a richer formula and NO one does richer, moisturizing eye creams better than Skin Food.
Gosh Cosmetics now has a BB Cream available in three shades. Interestingly enough Gosh is now sold at Duane Reade so if you happen to live in the New York area stop at your local Duane Reade and you can take a look at it.
Although it doesn’t come cheap at $22!
L’Occitane Immortelle Brightening Moisture Cream is a water based moisturizer that’s supposedly a triple threat which attacks wrinkles, brightens skin, and evens skin tone. Immortelle essential oil stimulates collagen production to fill wrinkles and firm the skin as Bellis Perennis extract and a Vitamin C derivative reduce the appearance of age spots to even skin tone.
As for me, I was highly interested in trying this as I wanted to address dullness while brightening skin and evening out skin tone.
Did it work?
3 Lab Perfect BB Cream launched some months ago in three shades. It’s one of the most expensive BB Creams I’ve seen launched in the US market priced at a whooping $95.
It was created to not only protect skin with an SPF 40 (titanium dioxide) but also to regenerate cells using Phytocell Tec and Nano Clair GY.
