Cleansing Waters were trending quite a bit this Summer and a bit into Fall however, the hype has died down now. I’m always fascinated by readers, friends, etc…who tell me they remove their makeup at night with a cleansing wipe.
Like my sister, bless her little soul, swears by cleansing wipes. Girl does not wash her face in the evening merely uses a cleansing wipe to remove her mascara/eye makeup. Granted, she uses a heck of a lot less makeup than me but still….
Suddenly I feel like my nightly regime is overkill! Cleansing oil, cleansing wash, toner, mist…am I over doing it?
Do I need to rely on a Cleansing Water and simply just that?
Chanel Allegorie Glossimer Lipgloss ($29.50) is a new limited edition shade that launched with the Chanel Holiday 2012 Collection. This is a sheer, shimmering pink shade.
I typically favor a deeper lip look for the Holidays. I like to embrace shades of red (that I can pull off without looking like a clown) or super sparkly glosses. Sheer, nude shimmering shades of pink? Not so much!
I’m pretty sure Shu Uemura Tsuya Youthful Radiance Generator Essence will be my next big skincare purchase (but I’ll wait for a Shu Uemura 20% Off coupon code to pop up mwahaha!).
This $85 promises to reactive your skin’s youth in as little as 7 days returning its glow and translucency. Formulated for dull, rough, tired looking skin a single drop will reactivate skin’s youthful glow.
Do want to try!

P.S. The darlin’ Karl Lagerfeld for Shu Collection has launched…! Will you be hauling anything from it?
Victoria’s Seduced by Metallics is a Holiday 2012 Collection launching in store shortly (it’s already available online). I totally typed that Metallica, that’s what you get for listening to Fuel this early in the morning.
Don’t you find it kinda disappointing that Victoria Secret hasn’t released any real fancy collections lately? Or is that me? I know last year’s Holiday Collection was gorgeous….
I’ll keep hope alive for something posher as the Holidays draw closer. For now here’s a look at their Seduced by Metallics Collection!
Far be it from me to get excited about liquid eyeliner but I do like the Metallic Eyeliners released with the NYC New York Color Fashion Predator Collection for Fall 2012.
And hey, at $2.99 each I can afford to indulge even if I don’t use liquid eyeliner often!
