New and Exciting Makeup and Beauty at Target

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

If you live on the West Coast you’re likely getting your kiddies ready for school! If you’re on the East like me you still have almost a month to go. But either way Back to School is sort of already happening since the end of July. Stores around here started putting out school supplies and such at the end of July. I felt like the middle of July they already started clearancing out bathing suits and Summer decor and started pushing college decor, supplies, etc…! I personally love this time of the year. Summer is still here yes but the nights start getting a little cooler and you can feel a bit of Fall in the air in the early morning. Like today it was a bit chilly out when I left for work and it felt like autumn was creeping into the air.

A lot of people don’t want to rush Summer away but I can’t say I mind much. I love Fall and I’m already starting to gather up Halloween decor.

This also marks a time for a lot of new makeup, beauty, and skincare releases! Target always has some great stuff to pick up and I’m always browsing around the site checking for the latest goodies!

Here’s some new and exciting makeup and beauty available at Target.

Skylar Perfume Palette Review

I purchased this item and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.
5 stars out of 5

Want to try all the Skylar Perfumes? No problem! This Skylar Perfume Palette gets you all six Skylar Fragrances in 0.05 oz spritzers for $20 bucks! You can mix, match, or wear each scent individually!

Skylar Perfume created by Cat Chen who’s daughter was allergic to fragrance she was wearing. She set out to make a range of clean, hypoallergenic, and cruelty-free scents and Skylar was born!

I was pretty excited to see this niche fragrance line pop up at Sephora. One thing I am loving about Sephora lately is the fact that they are not only bringing in a lot more niche fragrance houses but also, the fact that they almost always have some sort of discovery kit available. Niche perfumes aren’t cheap (Skylar’s own bottle are $78 each) so it is nice to be able to try an entire line for $30 or less before deciding on a larger bottle!

5 stars out of 5

Catrice 1 Minute Face Perfector ($7.99) is a new magical mini miracle facial primer that launched for Summer 2019 and may it ever always be apart of the Catrice line of products because it’s amazing.

According to Catrice this new lightweight mousse primer perfects your skin in one minute. I beg to differ because it perfects and creates a flawless finish in a few seconds. This stuff is amazing!

Makeup Revolution Eye Glisten Review & Swatches

I purchased this item and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.
3 stars out of 5

Makeup Revolution Eye Glisten is a new dual-ended liquid eyeshadow and glitter that’s available in five shades. I picked these up because, as you guessed already, I thought they might be an affordable dupe for my beloved Stila Glitter and Glow Liquid Eyeshadows, Revlon PhotoReady Eye Art 3-in-1 Cream Eye Makeup & Sparkle, or hey, even Huda Beauty Matte & Metal Melted Double Ended Eyeshadows! But I don’t think Makeup Revolution Eye Glisten is going for a Stila dupe here but there is a little nod the Huda Beauty.

At $10 each they are quite a steal and even better I got them during a Buy 1, Get 1 50% Off!

Dior Addict Lacquer Stick in Poisonous Makes for Bewitching Lips this Fall

I purchased this item and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.
5 stars out of 5

“She’s just a devil woman with evil on her mind…!” Dior Addict Lacquer Stick in Poisonous is my new Fall lipstick of choice.

I remember when Pearl Jam was all the rage. I remember when plaid was a fashion statement. I remember some sort of event we had at school and my friend stepping on the stage to sing Jeremy and being blown away by her performance. I had no idea she could sing like that.

And most importantly, I remember when brown lipstick was an important staple in everyone’s makeup wardrobe.
