Shiseido Anessa is one my absolute favorite products for Summer fun in the sun. It offers great protection at SPF 50 and wears quite well under extreme conditions such as a day at the beach or the pool.
I’m delighted that they have a brand new BB Cream that recently launched in Japan. This is available in two shade and offers an SPF 50 as well.
I’m quite eager to get my hands on it so expect a review soon. I’m having a friend who lives Tokyo grab me one up but keep your eyes on Adambeauty.com as I’m sure he’ll get it shortly at a very reasonable price.
Visit www.shiseido.co.jp if you’d like to explore the Anessa Collection.

Haven’t tried L’Oreal’s Youth Code Collection but if you’re a fan they have added a foaming gel cleanser to the catalog.
L’Oreal Youth Code Foaming Gel Cleanser supposedly will cleanses you to younger looks skin (don’t mind me for being skeptical). This foaming cleanser gently exfoliates skin while lifting away makeup and impurities without over drying.
Since its an anti-aging cleanser I’m most curious about whether or not it’ll be drying. Most all cleansers I purchase from the drugstore make my already dry skin tight and flaky so count me curious if L’Oreal’s Youth Code Foaming Gel Cleanser actually succeeds in not drying out skin because if it does, well, what a FAIL for aging skin don’t you agree?

Olay is joining the ranks of dark spot treatments with a new targeted spot corrector. So far Garnier was the first to tackle sun damage/dark spots but it wasn’t a successful run in my opinion but count me curious about Olay’s version.

I have my eye on the new St. Ives Scrub Free Exfoliating Pads, they look interesting. A tub of sixty pads will set you back under six bucks and each pad is pre-soaked with an exfoliating solution that’s safe enough to use daily. I believe it uses fruit acids to reveal smoother, brighter skin but that’s just an assumption as there isn’t a ton of details available on these yet.
They also have a paraben-free formula.
I think I’ll pick a jar up!
Anyone try ‘em?
