I picked up a few shades of the new Wet n Wild Perfect Pout Lip Color Lipstick ($3.99) that launched a several weeks ago on the brand’s website. At $3.99 each these seemed like a good pick up as the creamy, lightweight formula that Wet n Wild promised sounded like something I’d love.

Not to mention they tempted me with a creamy texture that had hydrating ingredients like Murumuru Seed Butter, Sunflower Seed Oil, Argan Oil, and Macadamia Oil. As someone with drier lips they sounded great!

I have a new favorite lipgloss and it’s Stila Beauty Boss Lipgloss! Just give me all the shades! Stila Beauty Boss Lipgloss launched a few short weeks ago in 12 shade selections for a mere $15 each. It’s been a while since any mid or high-range lipglosses caught my eye but this formula is divine! I was boring and got it in a cream formula one of the few shades available without sparkle of some kind and I have to admit I wish they had more cream finish shades as this is gorgeous, easy to wear, quite beautiful! Don’t get me wrong, I love me some sparkle but I also enjoy really pigmented lipglosses that look like lipstick but have a super shiny finish sans shimmer or sparkle.

Charlotte Tilbury Glowgasm Face Palette in Lovegasm is one of two new, limited edition palettes featuring a highlighter, multi-glow powder, bronzer, and pop blush that can be used on cheeks as well as eyes.

I purchased this when it originally launched on Charlotte’s website but before I could try it I somehow got lucky and Sephora had both palettes in stock and I was able to use my 20% off to purchase them. I ended up returning the ones I purchased at charlottetilbury.com since 20% off was kind of a big deal (CT beauty offers free returns) since these palettes are $75 each.

These were an insta-purchase for me. I really didn’t need to think too much about buying them as they are stunning in promo images but also, I’m a big NARS Orgasm fan and the palettes had a few golden pink shades that looked like they’d give me gorgeous glow-y cheeks for Summer. I also had some great success recently with the Becca x Khloe Kardashian & Malika Haqq Bronze, Blush & Glow Palette which sort of led me into this purchase.
