Philosophy Renew with Hope & Purity Super Skin Skincare Set QVC Today’s Special Value for Spring 2019

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Philosophy has a new Renewed Hope in a Jar Peeling Mousse Instant Glow Facial that launched recently and is available in their Renew with Hope & Purity Super Skin Skincare Set QVC Today’s Special Value for Spring 2019 that I’m currently playing with the idea of purchasing!

This set is $99 or 6 Easy Pays of $16.50 with free shipping and it includes a massive 32 oz Purity Made Simple Facial Cleanser along with the new Renewed Hope in a Jar Peeling Mousse Instant Glow Facial (4 oz), When Hope is Not Enough Facial Firming Serum (4 oz), and Renewed Hope in a Jar Refreshing and Refining Moisturizer (4 oz). It’s an incredible value to say the least!

And the new peel sounds interesting! It’s a mousse with a cream texture that acts to gently exfoliate skin. I’m a fan of Philosophy’s Miracle Worker Collection but not much of a Hope fan but I’m still quite curious about the peel!

Philosophy Renew with Hope & Purity Super Skin Skincare Set QVC Today’s Special Value is available now!

The collection has been in and out of stock but as of now Ulta.com has it all available if you want to indulge!

Spring Makeup Things I Recently Hauled from Ulta and Several More I Still Need

I was compensated by a brand or company but all thoughts and opinions are my own and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.

It’s freezing outside but I’m all about new Spring makeup! And you’re not allowed to sit there and lie muttering about it being to cold to think about Spring anything never mind makeup! I bet you’re in a heavy sweater with your teeth chattering browsing Ulta.com and looking over all the new makeup and beauty goodies for Spring. I know I am.

I’m sort of in full-on Spring mode myself at the moment even though I actually love this cold! This cold was made for rushing home, putting on your PJs, and sitting on the couch with a warm blanket to watch Antique Roadshow. I do miss Fall though! It passed us by too quickly! And even though, I’m not a major Spring fan nor a Summer one I still like when new seasonal collections start to drop.

Ulta’s been busy releasing some fun stuff for Spring. I just recently purchased their new Juicy Jelly Peach Lip Gloss that I reviewed for you last week! Plenty of shine and plenty of moisture because the pitfall of cold weather is really chapped and dry lips. Joy!

NYX Can’t Stop Won’t Stop Setting Powder Review & Swatches

I purchased this item and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.
4 stars out of 5

I decided to purchase the new NYX Can’t Stop Won’t Stop Setting Powder ($12) because I’m an idiot that already has a holy grail under eye setting powder but still requires moar makeup. Whenever I see a new banana setting powder I jump on it but typically nothing measures up to Hard Candy Sheer Envy Bake, Brighten & Set Loose Finishing Powder or Ben Nye Banana Powder.

This is a frivolous purchase on my part as I just hauled Fenty Beauty Pro Filtr Instant Retouch Setting Powder which I loved so, I really don’t need yet another setting powder. It’s silly to indulge as setting powder tends to last me positively ages as I only use it under my eyes and on a rare occasion on my face.

Not to mention NYX tends to release a slew of products that they they promote as new but really, it’s just the same item they already have in their collection already! Plus I already tried and really disliked their pressed HD Finishing Powder which had me a tiny bit wary to purchase Can’t Stop Won’t Stop Setting Powder.

I’m the Only One Sitting Around Muttering to Myself, “Erika Jayne Who?”

It’s a young girl’s (or guy’s) game my friends! Because the Too Faced Pretty Mess Collection is upcoming shortly which is a collaboration between the brand and Erika Jayne who’s apparently Jerrod Blandino’s bestie (this man has has more best friends than I have nude eyeshadows) and of course, I’m the oddball that has to google who Erika Jayne is. Am I getting too old I don’t know anything at all about current pop culture? After listening to Roller Coaster for all of 15 seconds I had to go clean my ears out with soap and water. I’m sorry Erika, I can’t sing which means I shouldn’t judge but your song just wasn’t doing it for me.

Anyway, after doing a google search I think Erika’s a singer and a Housewife of Beverly Hills. I’m actually still not entirely sure who she is because I live under a rock, in a cave, with a TV that’s tuned to PBS most days.

That being said let’s chat your makeup collection that includes a Pat the Puss All Over Body Shimmer. I mean who doesn’t want to buy that right? The name alone has me all like, “I need this in my life!” (said no one ever).

Sigh. It just keeps getting worst and worst for Tarte and Too Faced.

Please guys, turn it around.

They aren’t kidding when they called this a pretty mess.

P.S. Hey, some good news! At least the eyeshadow palette looks cute.
