We Should Start a Petition for Stila Matte Cream Eyeshadows

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Much to my delight there is yet another Stila Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow Vault that launched for Spring. This one is called the Stila Stellar Gaze Liquid Eye Shadow Vault and it contains 12 full-size shades for $195. I purchased the Stila Starry-Eyed Liquid Eye Shadow Vault which launched for Holiday 2017 and I DO NOT regret the purchase in the least. Stila has proven time and time again that the formula of their Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadows and Shimmer & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow is incredible.

I’m sure you’re tried of my ravings about this or maybe not as I know for a fact many of you are absolute fans of this formula.

Urban Decay Backtalk Eye & Face Palette Review & Swatches

I purchased this item and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.

I purchased the Urban Decay Backtalk Eye & Face Palette ($46) when it launched last week at Sephora. It was sort of a no brainer for me as I loved the gorgeous dusky roses, berries, and coppers in this palette. The shades in the palette were inspired by Urban Decay’s Backtalk Vice Lipstick shade which is a nude-mauve that’s apparently supposed to be flattering across all skin tones.

I’m not sure if I’d call the shades in the Urban Decay Backtalk Eye & Face Palette ideal and perfect for all skin tones though. As I know a few people that would say berries just don’t look good on them. Thankfully, I’m not one of those people. I actually like the way berries and roses look on my eyes so, like I said, this was a no brainer purchase.

The palette is actually an an all-in-one that contains 8 eyeshadows, two blushes, and two highlighters. I’m trying to think if Urban Decay has every did blushes and eyeshadows in one palette and I can’t think of a single one. Is this their first?! Maybe I’m having a senior moment or I’m a little fuzzy and can’t recall a time they did but nothing comes to mind.

L’Oreal Infallible Pro Matte Chocolate Shades That Are Chocolate Scented

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

L’Oreal Infallible Pro Matte Les Chocolat Liquid Lipstick arrives just in time for Easter. Because really, Easter is about two things for me. Willy Wonka and chocolate. No, seriously though, Easter always reminds me of watching Willy Wonka as a kid. Not the Johnny Depp version, the Gene Wilder Pure Imagination version. It also reminds me of getting Cadbury Mini Easter Eggs in my basket. You know, the hard shell ones? Those are probably one of the only Cadbury products I actually like in the US because everything else is utterly horrible. Oh off topic English Chocolate but have you guys tried the Kinder Joy Eggs here in the US? They are awful. Ugh.

But this isn’t about chocolate you can eat, it’s about chocolate scented and flavored L’Oreal Paris Infallible Pro Matte Les Chocolat Lipstick which are also available in yummy chocolate shades. Which I probably can’t pull off but I sure as hell will have fun trying!

Drunk Elephant C-Tango Multivitamin Eye Cream Arrives

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Close on the heels of the Shaba Complex Eye Serum, the new Drunk Elephant C-Tango Multivitamin Eye Cream arrives with the promise of eight peptides five forms of vitamin C.

I’ve found a lot of different eye creams I like but I think I’m still waiting for a miracle to happen. I’m of the belief that I’m buying snake oil when it comes to eye creams. Many really work great at hydrating but I can use an entire jar and never experience any other effects. This has made me a bit jaded as well as skeptical when formulas promises me firmer, more youthful eyes while banishing my puffiness and dark circles.

Drunk Elephant C-Tango Multivitamin Eye Cream does indeed sound like snake oil so, I’ll have to see if it does everything it promises. Apparently the Vitamin C will act to brighten the eye area up while ceramides and plant oils hydrate, and peptides smooth fine lines and wrinkles.

Do you think it’ll work?

Drunk Elephant C-Tango Multivitamin Eye Cream is available now at sephora.com.

I’m always uncomfortable labeling these posts “reviews” because it is more a post with my thoughts as I’ve already reviewed many of these items in past posts. I have pointed to those posts if you require more detailed reviews on each of the items in this set.

I’ll speak on value, whether you should indulge, and also, most important about the new Je Ne Sais Quoi Hydrating Color Awakening Lip Treatment Serum that debuts for the first time in this set.
