Lipstick Queen Nothing But the Nudes Review & Swatches

This was provided to me by a brand for review and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post but all opinions are my own.

Lipstick Queen Nothing But the Nudes Lipstick is on my hit list for Fall! This new collection features three all new, nude lipsticks that will become a permanent part of Lipstick Queen’s Collection and it arrives just in time for the cooler weather because as far as I’m concerned a smoky brown eye and nude lipstick is totally my autumn look of choice! Forget mattes and metallics give me nudes and smoke!

It Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Concealing Pot Review & Swatches

This was provided to me by a brand for review and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post but all opinions are my own.

It Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Concealing Pot ($28) is a “new” full-coverage concealer that recently launched with the It Cosmetics Fall 2017 Collection in six shade selections. I use the term “new” very loosely in this review because like the recently launched It Cosmetics Bye Bye Redness Neutralizing Correcting Cream this isn’t exactly new. It’s basically just seems like a re-promoted version of It Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Corrector Concentrate but available in new shade selections as that formula originally launched in only three shades. I compared the ingredients (click here for the ingredients on the Bye Bye Under Eye Concealing Pot and click here for the ones on the Corrector Concentrate) and they look identical to me. However, oddly enough the corrector concentrate is still available as a purchase at ulta.com. Interestingly enough both pots are 0.17 oz in size but the new Bye Bye Under Concealing Pot is $28 compared to the Corrector Concentrate which is $38. I guess you can argue that the new version isn’t a correcting formula but a concealing one and that might be the main difference between the two but it just seems like the products are in fact the same just with a new shade selection.

None the less, here’s my review and swatches of the It Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Concealing Pot.

Pacifica Berry Matcha Recharge Face Lotion Review & Swatches

I purchased this item and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.

I picked up Pacifica Berry Matcha Recharge Face Lotion at Ulta recently because Pacifica is on sale at the moment with either Buy 1, Get 1 50% Off (hair care, fragrance, etc…) or Buy 1, Get 1 40% Off (skincare, makeup, etc..). I’ve been using Lush Imperialis lately because my skin is doing this weird combination thing where I’m a bit drier on my cheeks but oily on my forehead and chin. Unfortunately, Imperialis isn’t cutting it and I decided to go really lightweight with my facial moisturizer in the AM which is what lead me to purchasing Berry Matcha Recharge Face Lotion.

The Balm SmokeBalm Vol. 4 Eyeshadow Palette Review & Swatches

There’s something to be said about simplicity and that’s exactly what you get with this new The Balm SmokeBalm Vol. 4 Eyeshadow Palette ($14.50). Three shadows, easy application, instant gorgeousness!

Earlier this month I was talking about how I lacked the creativity and know how to use the shades in the Anastasia Beverly Hills Subculture Eyeshadow Palette. It just felt really overwhelming trying to combine the shades. I don’t know how anyone tackles creating a look with 5 or more eyeshadows. Props to anyone that can.

As for me, I’m all about simple which is why this trio from the Balm is pure perfection.
