The Lorac Beauty and the Beast Lipgloss Collection ($34) is a new five piece lipgloss collection inspired by the movie that’s available for a limited time. I’ve always been a rather fond fan of Lorac’s Lipgloss Sets and I look forward to the Holiday months when they release these sets. The Beauty and the Beast Lipgloss Collection arrives just in time for the Summer season with a nice selection of shades that focuses heavily on nudes.

This is a little bit of a late release considering the movie was out a few months ago but considering the DVD just recently launch I suppose that’s what Lorac decided to do cross promotion with.

The Lorac Disney Beauty and the Beast Pro Eyeshadow Palette hit Ulta yesterday! There was some dispute about how limited edition this eyeshadow palette was and if and when it would launch at Ulta but I’m happy to report it is now available so, if you have some Ulta points stored up now might be a good time to spend them. The Lorac Beauty and the Beast Eyeshadow Palette is inspired by the film that recently launched on DVD. It seems a little late coming around now post movie release but since the DVD just recently arrived I guess that would be why Lorac decided to launch this now.

I think most of us would probably agree that we’d buy it ten years after the movie release! I know I would! As a Beauty and the Beast fan it’s a very appealing collector’s piece of makeup. Some feel it’s a bit childish but I thought it was a pretty cool release from a collector’s stand point. From a makeup users one thought it might not be that grand a release.

I’ve been waiting for the Anastasia Beverly Hills Blush Trio Palettes to hit Sephora before indulging and today they are available! These launched earlier this season on the brand’s website but I decided to wait for them to arrive at Sephora before indulging. Each palette includes three different shades that can be used together or individually.

I’ve heard mixed reviews so I’m happy I waited patiently as returns are a lot easier at Sephora if I hate them.

Shades include:

• Pink Passion
• Berry Adore
• Peachy Love
• Cocktail Party

These are $30 each and all in stock at Sephora.com and Ulta.com.

Much to my delight there’s a new Haiku Reflection Eau da Parfum available from Avon. I am a long time Haiku fan but I have to admit I haven’t always been a fan of other fragrances they released in the line however, I am quite excited about Haiku Reflection as the notes sound fabulous.

This starts out with an aquatic accord with a crispy pear note followed by floral notes of magnolia, acacia blossom, and freesia with a musky dry down sweetened by apricot and a gentle amber woodsiness.

It sounds lovely!

I’ve always felt like Haiku is testimony to Avon’s better days. It’s such a beautiful fragrance that’s quite unique. I miss Avon fragrances like this. I have hopes Reflection is just as lovely.
