I can’t believe how deep we are into Fall already. I feel like yesterday was Summer. Seriously, last week I had my AC on because it was so warm and this week I have my heat on because it’s so much cooler in the evening.
Nothing captured Fall this year for me like The Body Shop Smoke & Mirrors Collection. The face powder alone were enough to send me into fits of joy! Honestly, The Body Shop releases some killer limited edition sets and the new Smoke & Mirrors Collection for Fall 2010 happens to be one of this collections that has some incredible offerings that you should be hauling for a warm, Fall look.
With the Holidays in our face so incredibly quickly this year, it’s nice to step back and look at a bit of Fall.
Probably the best things about makeup during the Holidays are the gift sets. Man, oh man the gift sets are the best part of the season aren’t they?
Bare Escentuals has some great ones coming up and I have in my cart at the moment Bare Escentuals Buxom Really Good Lines.
I wants it!
Ahhh it’s getting closer now dears. Halloween is on the horizon. Have you gotten your costumes together? Mine is nerdy this year, can’t wait!
If you’re costume is super glamorous or sexy you might want to check out NYX Special Effects Lashes and NYX Fabulous Lashes for Halloween!
Soap and Glory still hasn’t announced a new retailer for its products with the US. Recently, they launched the line in Singaporean Sephoras which led me to believe we might see them do the same in the US.
No official word yet and mere speculation on my part.
But the good news is ASOS has launched a US site.
I haven’t tried the Kat Von D Painted Love Lipstick as of yet. I’m more a shadow, palette kinda girl and that’s the first thing I hit up from a brand with lip products coming at last place after I’ve explored everything else. Although the packaging was instantly deemed wicked by me after seeing the lipstick, I never bothered swatching or playing with it for some reason.
However, when the new Kat Von D Holiday Gift Sets launched at Sephora I was instantly attracted to the get more, pay less vibe going on with the Painted Love Lipstick Set. Awesome packaging plus six shades of Painted Love Lipstick for me to try out for $28 bucks.
Yup, I needed it.
Let’s check it out.
