Ciate London Magic Pout Potion Lip Primer ($20) is a new matte finish lip primer launching for Fall 2016. This new lip primer prevents feathering while filling and smoothing lips which paves the way for liquid lipsticks and other lip color formulas.

I’m currently using and loving Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Lip Saver Treatment Primer which I love! I’m curious to try Ciate’s formula. They’ve been knocking it out of the park lately with their makeup line!
