L’Oreal Pure-Clay Mask Detox & Brighten Treatment Mask Review

I purchased this item and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.

L'Oreal Pure-Clay Mask Detox & Brighten 8

L’Oreal Pure-Clay Mask Detox & Brighten Treatment Mask ($9.99) is one of three new mud masks that L’Oreal introduced a few weeks ago. I picked up this version as it was created for dull, tired looking skin and that’s exactly my issue. I typically don’t like mud masks because they contain kaolin which I find very drying on my already dry skin.

L’Oreal’s formula promised to have a non-drying formula but I’ve heard that plenty in the past from mud masks like Shea Moisture Coconut and Hibiscus Radiance Mud Mask and Raw Shea Butter Hydrating Mask.

Simple Dual Effect Eye Make-up Remover Review

I purchased this item and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.

Simple Dual Effect Eye Make-up Remover

I recently purchased not one but two bottles of Simple Dual Effect Eye Make-up Remover ($7.99). This is a new bi-phase eye makeup remover that the brand launched recently and I was pleasantly surprised to come across it in stores since it is fairly new.

I have to have my head examined for purchasing two because my experience with Simple Eye Makeup Remover was not a good experience! It was actually an awful experience not to mention there is a warning against getting it into your eyes. I can fathom how you’ll remove makeup with an eye makeup remover that you can’t get into your eyes.

Turns out purchasing two bottles of Simple Dual Effect Eye Make-up Remover was actually a smart move because it is a huge improvement on the old formula.

Kate Spade Fall 2016 Novelty Shop Has Perfect Picks for Cat Ladies and Lads

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

kate spade all that jazz cat fall 2016

I can’t even. The new Kate Spade Fall 2016 Novelty Shop is slaying me at the moment. There are so many cute cat prints I don’t even know how to cope with it all! From Iphone cases to bags and even a cute black cat pom pom to hang from your purse.

Kate Spade Fall 2016 has purrrfect picks for Cat Ladies or Lads!

Yesterday, I closed my eyes and walked very, very briskly past the Kate Spade Bleecker Street store! Honestly, I had the look of someone that had to go to the bathroom really badly but in reality I was just trying hard not to overindulge in Kate Spade. Later that night, I wasn’t as lucky at Nordstrom Rack because I ended up with a new messenger bag and wallet but I my mentality is I spent a hell of a lot less on that haul than I would have if I stopped in at the Bleecker Street store!

At the moment my cart is filled with all the newness! I’m trying to stay strong but it’s hard.

Remind me again why I don’t need another item with a cat on it. It’s weird because I have a cat, I love my cat, but I don’t consider myself a cat lady by any means. But present me with cat themed accessories and clothes and suddenly I’m all over it. This must mean I’m on the road to becoming a cat lady….

Mmmmmhmmm!

I’m not only a member but a possible future president of the evil cat lady club. If it means I can carry around cute Kate Spade accessories, I’m in!

It’s not makeup but it’s damn cute, shop the Kate Spade Fall 2016 Novelty Shop at katespade.com.

I dare you to try and resist!

Dior Backstage Pros Fix It Color 2-in-1 Color Correct for Fall 2016

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Dior Backstage Pros Fix It Color 2-in-1 Color Correct

I guess color correcting is still a thing for Fall 2016 because Dior Backstage Pros Fix It Color 2-in-1 Color Correct for Face, Eyes & Lips has arrived in four shade selections.

I doubt I’ll be one for this formula as I didn’t like the Dior Backstage Pros Fix It Color 2-in-1Color Correct for Face, Eyes & Lips and this is basically the same formula and packaging.

The concealer stick comes with center core that has a soft-focus powder inside to perfect the skin surface and fill it and acts much like a primer would. Around the core is a concealer shade of either green, yellow, apricot, or blue.

Blue acts as a dullness corrector and adds a fresh, rested look to skin while apricot is ideal of tanned complexions as it evens out dark skin tones and corrects dark spots and hyperpigmentation. Yellow is an excellent bit for contracting dark circles and spots while Green is ideal for redness or rosy complexions.

Each stick is $36 and available in the four shade choices above.

Get them now at Nordstrom.com.

MAC Good Luck Trolls Temporary Color For Indecisive Muses

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

MAC Good Luck Trolls Chroma Craze Temporary Color Hairspray

I’ve been known to sometimes change my hair shade temporarily (as in it lasts for the weekend but washes out on Monday morning and typically it’s only a a steak or two of hair that I change).

The hair color changing bug has bit me again after I saw the Good Luck Trolls Chroma Craze Temporary Color Hairspray.

Who even know this was part of the MAC Good Luck Trolls Collection? I didn’t!

Available in two shades this Chroma Craze colored hairsprays deliver a burst of vibrant but temporary color to your hair. The color rinses out in a single shampooing. Perfect for people like me who could never commit to coloring their hair with a more permanent color. This is why I don’t have a tattoo people, because I’d have a design put on my skin one day and the next day I’d be all like, “OMG I don’t want a butterfly! I want instead today!” Indecisive people like me should never get a tattoo nor color their hair. That’s why makeup is so cool, instantly change it whenever you hate it!

Or in this case spray your hair color on and shampoo it out. Choose from Good Luck Locks a pastel pink or Tease and Thank You a periwinkle purple!

Each can is $25 and available now at Nordstrom.com.

P.S. Is anyone actually interested in seeing the Trolls movie? It looks kind of naff but I feel compelled to watch it because Russel Brand and James Corden….
