Although it’s Cullen inspired I’m thinking that Lip Venom V has a touch of True Blood going on. Come on DuWop, V? That’s so True Blood. Oh well I really should complain as combining Twilight with True Blood sounds rather ideal to me.
Last week I was telling you about the rumor of Lip Venom V and today it’s a reality as it officially went on sale last at DuWop!
Skip ahead for the deets!
DuWop Lip Venom V is DuWop’s ode to Edward (And maybe Bill and Eric too). This special limited edition Lip Venom is a sneak peek of things to come at DuWop as supposedly it’s one of a few products that are being released that will be Twilight themed in nature.
I dunno what the deets are but supposedly their is some kind of US Weekly coupon code that gets you V at a special price but I’ve had no success finding the code. I picked up the Twilight Edition of US Weekly and also a previous US Weekly but no code. Word on the street is maybe it’ll be in next week’s mag but I really haven’t a clue at this point. I just went and ordered one on a whim without the coupon. It cost me $22 and some change which is obscene but I’m such a Cullen groupie I was on it like white on rice. How absurd.
The gloss is the typical DuWop formula but it’s laced with crimson lip stain so you can be sportin’ a just bitten pout. Actually it’s probably a complete winner as I love Lip Venom anyway and I adore staining my lips so this is perfection for me.
You can only purchase two of these at the moment and truly I was tempted to plop two in my cart but somehow my logical side won out and realized all that “limited edition” who-ha won’t keep it from sticking around well into the release of New Moon way into November. As if this is so LE that it won’t be around for the movie release, the Muse is not so naive.
According to Duwop, “Only a limited number of Lip Venom V have been produced. Vampires may live forever, but this offer won’t. Due to limited quantity and exclusivity of this offer, limit 2 per customer.”
Ummm well either way as I much as I adore you DuWop I’m not taking bets on it being gone for good in November.
I’m a little confused about it being a pre-order as it says the order will ship July 1st if your DuWop Order contains Lip Venom V. I only ordered V and nothing more so I’m wondering will this delay my shipment? Does the order have to contain other DuWop cosmetics to ship? I’m doubting it but just curious what exactly they are referring to.
Anyway, I guess this turned into a babble fest when in fact I just wanted to tell you Lip Venom V is now on sale at DuWop if you wants it!

Kinda weird I was discussing the release of a new Clarisonic a few posts back and now Neutrogena Wave Duo pops on the scene.
Neutrogena Wave Duo is the new and improved Wave Cleaner from Neutrogena!
Click it to find out what’s new!
One of the main areas of interest on the new Neutrogena Wave Duo is it now has two speeds. One speed removes dirt, oil, and makeup where as the other speeds things up for a deep pore refining clean.
I was quite delighted with the original Wave when I tested it out several months ago so count me curious what the new version is like.
If you’re looking for a cheaper route and aren’t willing to dish out $200 for a cleaning brush this is something to consider.
You can get $3 off the Wave or $2 off the refill pads by visiting and signing up at the Neutrogena site if you’re interested.
Shu Uemura Cleansing Oil is pretty incredible stuff and one of my favorite ways to remove makeup. Can you improve on a perfect product like this?

Is it already perfect for you?
Would you change the packaging?
Would you want a new, improved formula for your skin type?
Some sort of scented cleansing oil?
What ways would you take it and make it better?
Click ahead to see my Beauty Muse for Shu Cleansing Oil!
Being one of the few cleansing oils available on the market in the US, Shu Cleansing Oil is as perfect as perfect can be. Removes makeup (even waterproof mascara) in one swipe, makes skin smooth and moisturized, plus has plenty of added perks and benefits with use over time.
Seems the ideal product and not much to change about it.
As for me I would change the price ever so lightly. Although a large bottle lasts me for close to 8 months to a year, the price remains sometimes a bit too high. A 5oz size will run you $32 and the light larger 15oz will set you back $72.
I can get a 32 oz Philosophy Purity on QVC for under $30 bucks.
You see my point?
As fantastic as Shu Uemura Cleansing Oils are the price needs a little work. That’s how I’d improve it.
How about you?
Is it perfect as is?
Needs some tweaking?
