Farmacy Hydrating Coconut Gel Mask Review

This was provided to me by a brand for review and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post but all opinions are my own.

Farmacy Hydrating Coconut Gel Mask

Farmacy Hydrating Coconut Gel Mask ($24) are an interesting new gel mask or sheet mask for dry skin like my own. These contain cucumber extracts and helpd skin to maintain a higher level of moisture.

Obviously I hear higher level of moisture and I start doing cartwheels. Yes, do need more moisture ASAP! It might be unseasonably warm in New York but my skin is still telling me Winter is on the way!

As you know already I’m obsessed with Asian sheet masks. If there is such a think as sheet mask addiction or abuse of sheet masks, well, I guess I’m guilty. I use them often, far too often, because I love how smooth and soft they leave my skin feeling (I can go through a box of My Scheming Shea Butter Masks in less than three weeks).

Sephora + Pantone Color of the Year Layer Lipstick Review & Swatches

Sephora Pantone Universe Color of the Year Matte Lipstick 2016

Sephora + Pantone Color of the Year Layer Lipstick ($18) is a new, limited edition shade that is launching with Sephora 2016 Pantone Color of the Year Makeup Collection. This shade was inspired by one of the two Pantone Color of the Year, Rose Quartz, which is a soft baby pink.

Sephora created this lipstick color as a layering tool to be used with other colors. I find it lightens shades up considerably and adds a little coolness to them. Whether or not you’ll wear it alone depends on how brave a girl or guy you are as this one is quite a pale whitish pink.

Let’s take a look!

Sephora + Pantone Universe Color of the Year Matte Lipstick (2016) Review & Swatches

This was provided to me by a brand for review and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post but all opinions are my own.

Sephora Pantone Universe Color of the Year Matte Lipstick 2016

I was willing to make a fool of myself and wear the Sephora + Pantone Universe Color of the Year Matte Lipstick (2016) but I chickened out at the last minute!

Don’t get me wrong, somewhere, out there, there’s a person that can rock this shade and make it look all kinds of amazing. I, however, happen to be the average, short, chubby geek girl that can not pull off powder blue lipstick.

This a sad fact. And I’m not delusional about how good I look in it. In fact, I look downright certifiable!

Tarte Tarteist Contour Palette Review & Swatches

This was provided to me by a brand for review and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post but all opinions are my own.

Tarte Tarteist Contour Palette2

The Tarte Tarteist Contour Palette ($45) is a new contour, highlight, and blush compact that includes six powders to contour, define, and add color to your complexion with a step by step guide to create the “strobing” effect everyone is so wild about lately.

Tarte isn’t a virgin to the contouring world as they have introduced bronzer/highlighter compacts in the past featuring their popular Park Ave Princess Bronzer.

The Tarte Tarteist Contour Palette basically takes everything you could possibly need to get your contouring game on and includes it in this one “easy” to use palette.
