I’ve been known to stalk the mailman and UPS man and FedEx guy…yeah, umm sorry but not sorry! I’m also a makeup stalker. What’s a makeup stalker (and a fragrance one)?
Are Ulta and Sephora Exclusives a new makeup trend we’ll start to see happen in the future?
Recently, Tarte intentionally or unintentionally started a new trend by introducing their Rainforest of the Sea Summer 2016 Collection exclusively at Sephora. This was an extensive collection that includes a range of lip, face, eye, and skincare products. But wait there’s more…! Tarte also introduced their new Double Duty Beauty Collection exclusively to Ulta which also included a completely range of makeup. Both collections are quite large!
Now we’ve seen exclusive products here and there in the past both two complete collections? Unheard of until now.
Fast forward to this past Sunday when Too Faced launched their Peanut Butter and Jelly Palette as well as their new La Matte Color Drenched Matte Lipstick on their website and Ulta. Both the palette and the lipsticks are only available at Ulta and on Too Faced’s own website. So no, Sephora won’t be getting either product. We have yet to hear if Sephora will get an exclusive selection of products from Too Faced as well but I think it might be safe to say that they’ll be something cool in the works for Sephora and Too Faced fans.
I do wonder if they’ll be more brands that will start introducing two separate collections one of which can be purchased at Ulta and the other at Sephora.
A new delicious Elizabeth Arden Green Tea fragrance has arrived for Spring 2016.
Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Nectarine Blossom new fruity floral fragrance with top notes of peach, apricot, and nectarine with a calming middle note of green tea and a musky base.
The fragrance promises to be a refreshing, sparkly fragrance that evokes the endless days of Summer.
I love all the Elizabeth Arden Green Tea fragrances so I don’t doubt I’ll adore Nectarine Blossom!
Available now at macys.com.
I narrowly escaped purchasing the new Armani Si Rose Perfume online recently. So I read about the new Si Rose formula on a variety of fragrance forums and blogs as early as December and I simply couldn’t wait to get my hands on it as I’m such a lover of the original juice.
Apparently this new formula would have a heavier rose note with the gorgeous Vanilla base from the original Si fragrance.
Sounds good right?
I thought so.
It’s also an easy enough blind buy for me because hey, I loved the original why wouldn’t I love a rose version right?
Don’t make the mistake I almost made!
You may or may not know about Wander Beauty. Wander Beauty is the brainchild and creation of Lindsay Ellingson who has traveled the world thanks to her supermodel background and has had the chance to experiment with and experience many different beauty products and formula. But Lindsay isn’t only the creator of Wander Beauty she’s also a self proclaimed beauty junkie herself!
The brand had an early debut on QVC last year and on its own website but as of today you’ll be able to experience Wander Beauty at Sephora.com as the collection is available online and hopefully in stores soon!
Have you tried Wander Beauty before?
