Kim K pimps EOS like its her full time job. Either she really loves EOS Lip Balm or she’s being compensated for all the Tweets, Facebook messages, etc….
And hey, she could likely love it because lord knows when I love something I tell everyone about it on every social network I’m on. Hell if I find a new concealer I adore chances are I want to take an ad out in the Sunday New York Times to share it with the world.
But my question is, do celebs influence your beauty purchases at all? Not necessarily Kim but anyone really….?
My birthday isn’t until Fall but I wouldn’t be averse to someone buying me a Barbie Digital Fashion Styling Head for iPad. As a child I did indeed have a Barbie Fashion Styling Head, didn’t everyone? As I recall, it wasn’t always about makeup and styling hair though. I’m pretty sure I cut all her hair off at some point and did unusual experiments on her.
I promise anything I did was completely normal. Kinda.
But times they are a changing and now Barbie has gone digital.
Four Seasons, Powder Matte, and Powder Glow are three different textures that Maybelline Dream Sun Bronzing Powder will be available in for Summer 2013.
A faux glow is always the safest way to go for glowing Summer skin and Maybelline Dream Sun Bronzing Powder is not only easy to use but easy on your budget too.
Take a look!
Maybelline Color Tattoo Pure Pigment Eyeshadow, Maybelline New Master Smoky Shadow Pencil, Maybelline Falsies Big Eyes Mascara, and more are coming at you this June and July. This is kinda a Maybelline Fall 2013 preview in my opinion.
I’ve posted a ton of great photos of the newest offerings on Instagram today and you can take a look at them by clicking here.
I’ll be swatching, reviewing, and posting about all of these products shortly.
I’m quite excited about the Pure Pigment Eyeshadows! They kinda remind me of the old HIP Pigments, remember those?
There’s also a new collection of Polka Dots and Holographic Nail Effects Color Show Nail Lacquers and a new Fit Me Shine-Free Stick Foundation available shortly as well. I’ve always been a rather fond fan of Benefit’s old Playsticks so I’m curious how these new foundation sticks stand up!
Are you excited about these new launches?
Any you are dying to try?
Covergirl has a new range of single eyeshadows out entitled Flamed Out Shadow Pots. Covergirl Flamed Out Shadow Pots are available in twelve vibrant shades for Summer 2013 and I believe they will become a permanent part of the Covergirl Collection at some point.
These are an interesting take for Covergirl as they are apparently marketed towards a younger girl with Pink being the model for the collection and the colors all being quite vibrant. The price point is quite nice as well at a mere $3.49 each at Harmons. I imagine once they hit CVS and Walgreens they won’t be as kindly priced but if you can snag them at under four bucks I’d say you got a bargain on your hands.
How are they?
Let’s take a look!
