As you already know from a past post I did Kayali has released not one but four new Summer 2024 fragrances. The four new scents are available in the Kayali Vacation in a Bottle Mini Perfume Set. Is this a cash grab? The reason I question this launch is because I have this strange feeling they’ll launch these in larger bottles at some point. Maybe not now but next year? That’s a possibility. For now though, the four latest scents are available in this set ONLY and that means forking out $100 dollars for the set to try them all. If you didn’t want to try them all well, you’re sort of forced into doing so. It’s either that or not trying the one you want. I’m lucky enough to say I actually do want to check out all four and the set makes that possible to do so. Did I want to spend $100 on it though? Not really. Especially because the reviews are mixed and we’re finally seeing people admit that Kayali maybe be getting a bit too much hype lately. I know, for myself, purchasing a large bottle of anything from Kayali is out of the question. Their fragrances are too unpredictable for me. Thinking that something is going to smell like ice cream or vanilla candy due to marketing and actually getting the fragrance only to be hit with heavier notes of patchouli can be disappointing. The fragrance I wanted to try the most is Capri in a Bottle which is a lemon sugar but I can’t lie and say I’m not curious about the others as well.
What’s the price break down of the Kayali Vacation in a Bottle Mini Perfume Set? Well, it’s $100 for 0.33 oz of fragrance in each of four bottles that adds up to a total of 1.32 oz. 1.7 oz bottles are $100 dollars so, yeah, it’s a little more you’re paying for the smaller bottles. Oh the upside these aren’t dabbers and they are spray bottles.
So, did I buy the Kayali Vacation in a Bottle Mini Perfume Set?
