Sephora you keep creating quality, cheap cosmetics, I’ll be back for more.
Spring is a time for renewal and Sephora indeed renewed this year with some fresh, exciting products. Generally speaking my experience with their cosmetic line is a hit or miss but I enjoyed their Spring 2012 offerings and every product I tried so far has been a complete win.
Their new Volume Booster Gloss Serum isn’t perfect but is pretty darn nice.
How effing frustrating is that Once Upon a Time rubbish? Yes, I somehow, someway got suckered into watching that craptastic show because I simply adore Robert Carlyle, although I suspect they took away his manhood because that laugh is downright bizarre. I was catching up on episodes while I was traveling over the weekend and polished off Sunday’s episode late last night and sincerely it is one hot mess of a show.
And Prince Charming what the hell is your damage dude? OMG drop, the charming and the prince, this guy is a dud. Never mind the mismatch of other fairy tale characters who have absolutely no development outside of an hour of your time each week when they flash through an episode.
I really want the hours of my life back I used up watching this garbage because I don’t see a happily ever after in my future if I continue.
But at least I can get my happily ever with the new Lush Leap Frog Fragrance, it’s a forum scent that was created excuslively for members of the Lush UK Forum and is available for a very limited time online.
MAC partners once again with designer Marcel Wanders to create a limited edition collection. If you recall the prior collection was all about the dark and elegant. This sequel brings the light to the front of the line an elegant and beautiful Spring Collection.
MAC Too Supreme contains several new click style lipglass pens.
Seriously, I have a think for click pen glosses, hello, I own way too many Stila Lipglazes. This is the first time MAC has introduced a click pen to my knowledge so I’m kinda chuffed solid about the this new collection.
This is just a little updated post on the MAC Chen Man Love Water Collection as yesterday I didn’t have any images to go along with the release info. My original thoughts about the colors used in the promo image have changed slightly as it does seem many of the shades are actually in the collection but they look way more neon on her lids than they do in the pan. I’d say the shades are more pastel here versus the promo model’s lids and lips looking more bright neon. What say you?
Take a look tell me what you think, keep in mind the post reads as it did yesterday just the images changed!
Chen Man has teamed up with MAC to create an unusual color collection.
I have some musings on this one, take a look, tell me what you think!
Holika Holika is a popular brand that’s taking Korean by storm courtesy the Harry Potter-like marketing of the products and stores.
Their skincare comes in potion-like bottles and jars that has a witch-y kinda look to it. Very cute in my opinion but that goes without saying when it comes to Korean brands.
Of course, they also have color cosmetics as well in equally delightful packaging (and CNBLUE slapped into a few commercials helps things along dramatically, pause for fan girl squeal! You know you want members of CNBLUE applying your makeup, don’t be lying!).
I was curious about the skincare but I had my doubts about how effective it would be considering this line is geared more towards a younger generation of makeup and skincare users.
But I indulged in the Holika Holika Medi-Medi Vita C Pack Skin Brightening Wash Off Mask since I have my little obsessions with whitening/brightening products.
