Lancome La Vie est Belle Eau de Parfum

Lancome La Vie est Belle Eau de Parfum

Lancome La Vie est Belle Eau de Parfum ($55-$95) sounds like a fragrance that will make my head spin right round.

Inspired by the French expression, La vie est belle, meaning, life is beautiful this scent scent hopes to fill your life with beauty.

Screeching record…

But it contains patchouli.

Chanel Soleil Tan de Chanel Luminous Bronzing Powder Review & Swatches

Chanel Soleil Tan de Chanel Luminous Bronzing Powder 1

Chanel Soleil Tan de Chanel Luminous Bronzing Powder ($60) launched in two shades with the Chanel Summer 2012 Collection. I’m the type of person that avoids bronzers but occasionally like to dip my toes into the bronzing pool.

I have discovered by being a little adventurous that there are bronzers out there that do give just the right glow without dulling my skin out completely.

Is Chanel Soleil Tan de Chanel Luminous Bronzing Powder one of those bronzers?

Softymo Makeup Remover Sheet Review

Softymo Makeup Remover Sheet

I recently purchased a box of Softymo Makeup Remover Sheets since I’m such a huge fan of Softymo’s Airy Whip. I dunno why everything Softymo releases gets narrowed down to the awesomeness of Airy Whip but that it does.

I should know better than to indulge in these makeup sheets as they are typical blah for removing waterproof mascara.

Perhaps these are different?

Neutrogena Shine Control Makeup Review & Swatches

Neutrogena Shine Control Makeup 1

Neutrogena recently launched a Shine Control Makeup Collection which includes a range of foundation that promise eight hour shine control as well as an SPF 20.

I don’t need too much oil control to be honest since my skin is drier but I do suffer from a combination skin in the Summer. We probably all go through a stint of oily or shiny skin in the warmer months particularly when we are spending so much time outdoors.

I tested out Neutrogena Shine Control Makeup earlier this month and here are some of thoughts.

Estee Lauder Pure Color Blush Review & Swatches

Estee Lauder Pure Color Blush 1

Estee Lauder Pure Color Blush ($28) launched earlier this Spring in a range of sixteen shades. I think these are easily overlooked since Estee Lauder is written off as a more “mature” or “older” brand.

I admit even I have dubbed it “grandma” makeup. But honestly, since creative director, Tom Pecheux, has joined the brand I feel like new life has been breath into many of the collections launched.

I have a hardcore lemming for Tom Ford Blushes however, I’m unsure if I’m ready to take the near $60 plunge to own one of these wonderful creations.

I must say that Estee Lauder Pure Color Blush has cured some of those lemmings. These are an affordable, luxury blush that’s well worth checking out. I have a feeling once you tried one you’ll want to grab up all the shades like me.

NARS Pure Matte Lipstick Amsterdam Review & Swatches

NARS Pure Matte Lipstick Amsterdam 1

I fell in love with NARS Pure Matte Lipstick when they launched the MLBB (my lips but better) lip shade Montego Bay and later for Summer, Moscow fell into my possession and yet again I fell in love with a matte lipstick. Now NARS Pure Matte Lipstick in Amsterdam has landed on my desk and yet again, I find myself falling even deeper in love with this formula.

I dunno how but NARS somehow convinced me that matte is a rather nice finish.

Skin Food Royal Honey Density Concealer Review & Swatches

The Skin Food Royal Honey Density Concealer 001

Skin Food Royal Honey Density Concealer is a branch off concealer launched along with the Skin Food Royal Honey Skincare Collection.

Skin Food actually has a BB Cream Stick in this collection as well which I’ve been meaning to pick up and try.

I’m not sure when the Royal Honey line launched but it’s fairly new. I haven’t indulged myself as of yet but was curious, of course, about the concealer.

Have a look!

Miss Dior Autumn/Winter 2012 Teaser with Mila Kunis

This is a little sneak peek of Mila Kunis in her first ad appearance for Dior. It’s really different for Mila in my opinion as she always seems like such a tough girl, elegant, but tough. So yeah, the black bow kinda threw me off.

She looks amazing though! I like the combination of sweet elegance Dior gave her look.

What do you think?
