The Muse is working on a few hours sleep today which means I woke up looking all kinds of OMG scary. This normally falls into the range of puffy eyes….god I hate getting old. Puffy eyes are so not cool. It’s really difficult for me to rid myself of the demons that are puffy eyes as I get older. Cold spoons under my eyes, teabags, creams, lotions, potions, you name it I’ve tried it all.
Jump ahead to hear about a new way to get rid of that extra baggage you might be carrying around with you!
Kiehl’s Facial Fuel Eye De-Puffer is a brand new way to de-puff those tired eyes. This is rather fab as it comes in a compact stick that allows the treatment to apply gently under the eyes offering relief to tired, puffy eyes. It glides on easily without dragging or pulling, while leaving behind a cooling, moisturizing feel.
I like it, alot. That’s saying something considering how picky I am about what goes under my eyes. The formula is cooling which is a plus as it seems one thing that does help with my woes is anything cool and refreshing. The texture of the product is moisturizing and hydrating, enough so that you may be able to get away with your daily day eye cream after use but it depends on what kind of condition your eyes are in plus age, etc…..The formula contains caffeine which is a legendary ingredient for minimizing puffiness.
Overall, this Muse is always up for trying anything that promises to make her more refreshed and awake. So far I’ve used it a full week and although it hasn’t performed incredible miracles it does a decent enough job of getting puffiness down to a minimum and making this Muse look more refreshed and awake especially on days she is working on five hours rest.
Kiehl’s Facial Fuel Eye De-Puffer has a little spot all it’s own on this Muse’s eye cream shelf. Great instant relief to revive my tired eyes. Not a love but definitely a likey.
