Estee Lauder Love Your Lips Collection Review
Happy Monday! And most important of all Happy 1st of the Month! Since Valentine’s Day is but two weeks away I thought I’d give you the good word on the new Estee Lauder Love Your Lips Lip Collection. How fitting is this collection? We just discussed brands introducing Valentine’s Day Collections a few weeks ago and now this pops up. It kinda has a lovey dovey romantic feel to it thanks to the colors and cute details on the lipstick so the Muse dubs it perfect for V-Day!
Check it after the jump!
Estee Lauder Love Your Lips is a limited edition collection of 12 Estee Lauder Signature Hydra Lustre Lipstick shades and 4 New Estee Lauder Kissable Lip Glosses.
I tried one of the Estee Lauder Signature Hydra Lustre Lipsticks which was Coral Kiss. This is a semi-matte moisturizing shade of mod coral. The lipstick carries the traditional gold packaging however twist up the lipstick to reveal a special message of “love” engraved on the actual lipstick. Too cute! Coral Kiss is one of the new shades released along with Pink and Cherry Kiss. Coral Kiss actually turned out a bit too mod on my lips so I do want to check out Cherry Kiss which looks like it’ll pair up well with the gloss I tried out in Pink Kiss.
Estée Lauder Kissable Lip Gloss is fabulous particularly the popping shade of pink (Pink Kiss) I tested. The color is a warm fuchsia which is actually really flattering on my lips. Count me impressed as normally fuschsia lipstick or gloss is a difficult one for me to pull off but this is a very flattering shade. The gloss offers full coverage when built up and includes a nice brush application. The cute packaging includes a message of “Love” all over the tube. So cute.
Lipsticks are $19.50 and glosses are $18 so prices are affordable per a piece.
Overall, I deem the collection worthy of a look at. You’re bound to find at least one shade you love. The novelty of a Valentine’s Day Collection tickles me plus if you want to buy yourself a little something special in honor of the holiday why not one or two of these?
Likey!
Def head to your Estee Lauder counter for a peek, you might be surprised at how pretty the colors are!
