Clinique Chubby Stick Moisturizing Lip Color Balm New Summer 2012 Shades 1

Good Morning!

I hope your AM is going a bit better than mine. Rather busy day around here already and I haven’t even opened my eyes yet. Yawn!

No better way to start my day than with the new shades of Clinique Chubby Stick Moisturizing Lip Color Balm shades for Summer 2012.

Wanna peek?

Clinique Chubby Stick Moisturizing Lip Color Balm New Summer 2012 Shades 11

I think these swatches don’t do the shades justice so I’m looking forward to seeing them in person but at least we got the names of the new shads eh?

Oversized Orange you will be mine!

I’m excited.

I probably need all of these…!

Oh, I really like that Orange! Actually, if these swatches are representative, pretty much everything there looks great to me except that last violet Pudgey Peony (that color is not a friend of olive skin). I want to see Tomato! Gimme!

Isn’t Chunky Cherry one of the original releases?

I will be getting my grabby little hands on the majority of these. I love the Chubby Sticks. :D

“Two Ton Tomato?” Really, Clinique? I get the whole “it’s a fat lip linerit’s called ‘chubby’” but fer gawd… Has “two ton” ever been used except when being hurled as an insult ala “Two Ton Tess”?

I miss the days when companies didn’t try to be cutesy and thematic with their names all of the dang time. OPI, Urban Decay – I’m looking at you guys.
