Upcoming from Neutrogena for Spring 2013

Drugstore makeup brands are hitting hard for Spring 2013. Neutrogena Spring 2013 looks quite nice! I don’t have images to share yet but I do have a few small details I can share with you today.

Take a look below!

  • Neutrogena Pore Refining Line: Visibly shrinks the appearance of pores and exfoliates for smoother, healthy-looking skin. Includes cleanser, exfoliator cleanser and toner.
  • Neutrogena Healthy Lengths Mascara: Formulated with Vitamin E and olive oil to condition & strengthen lashes so lashes can grow to their fullest potential and stay strong day after day
  • Neutrogena Crease Proof Eye Shadow: Instantly revives & brightens the look of eyes, while a built in primer prevents creasing & fading for 12 hour wear.
  • Neutrogena Moisture Smooth Color Stick: Sheer, shiny color instantly moisturizes lips for smoother & softer lips, even after you take it off. Available in 9 shades.
  • Neutrogena Beach Defense Line: Broad spectrum sunscreen designed to protect skin from sun and impurities in water. Includes spray and lotion both available SPF 30 & 70.
  • Neutrogena Natural Acne Line: Natural acne solutions with real results. Includes cream cleanser, foaming scrub and spot treatment.

I’m quite excited about their Moisture Smooth Color Sticks. These are much like the Clinique Chubby Balms and I’m hearing great things about them from readers!

Neutrogena Crease Proof Eye Shadow looks great as well! Perhaps it’ll be a nice dupe up for my beloved Benefit Lemon Aid. I saw a smaller image of it and it appears to be a fleshy-nude shade.

I’ll post more info as it becomes available!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. What I find interesting is that last Spring I believe it was Allure magazine that had a picture of the Neutrogena Crease Proof Eye Shadow in one of it’s Editor’s picks…or something.

I just know I saw a picture of the product in non-ad form as I looked all year for it!

I also saw the makeup line at Ulta the color sticks looked promising. The eye products look like the packaging may have been redone from the old nourishing line but no real change to the formula so I passed. I’ll wait on the review.

I picked up one of the Moisturesmooth color sticks in Bright Berry this morning- super moisturizing and actually more pigmented than I thought it would be. they do have a somewhat fruity smell, but the scent doesn’t stick around that long- pretty nice.

Bought two color sticks at Walgreen’s today for $5.99 each (Papaya and Plum something?) I hope I love them because every color they make is gorgeous!! I wanted them all! Regular price @ Walgreen’s was $9.99, I believe. I had not read about these yet (how did I miss this post?!) so I just knew you would want to hear about them. Cannot wait for you to swatch and review other colors! Also saw the new Maybelline Color Whisper (?) balms that are similar to Revlon’s lip butters and L’oreal’s (whatever they’re called) Didn’t buy today since I bought two of the Neutrogena color sticks and a new L’oreal polish (Not A Cloud In Sight), but they look veeeerrrryyyyy pretty too!! Too many Spring temptations already- what’s a girl to do? 😉
