Bath & Body Works Spring 2013 Candles

Bath Body Works Spring 2013 Candles

Bath & Body Works has launched their newest Spring 2013 Candles. Excited am I. By the way, everyone that mentioned how bad the City Collection Candles were, you were right. They are weak! The only one I really loved was London.

Le sigh!

But hey, you win some, you lose some. This year’s Spring launch is a tad smaller than last years which I’m relieved about as I’m still burning through Christmas and Fall for fraks sake. Most of these are old favs with a few ne ones thrown in.

They’ll be in store as January 14 but are available online already. No sale yet but I’ll def wait for a 2 to $20 deal before hauling.

Caribbean Escape

Poolside sounds like it needs to come home with.

Any you’re liking the sound of?

P.S. Anyone watch the trailer for Time Framed with Ian Somerhalder? Like I need to add another stupid web series to the long list of ones I already watch. These are basically short films starring Ian as Agent Hottie errmmm I mean Agent Black a 007-like hero who battles evil forces who plan to steal an energy device that could provide the world with clean energy.

I love you Ian but your countless Google+ videos and tweets have me on the up and up about clean energy, not sure I need you in a tux and a fast car trying to save the planet and reduce your carbon footprint on youTube.

But bless you for looking good while saving the environment!

P.S. Can we get some confirmation on that Christian Grey role? K, thanks! Your fans at Musings of a Muse.

WAIT! Does this mean that Tropical Spice isn’t coming back? Or are these new scents only? Well, no, because some of these scents aren’t new. Or is B&BW just trying to confuse me by releasing summery-scents as a Spring collection, so I shouldn’t panic?

(Sorry that my comment consists of an argument with myself, but I’ve told myself that I can’t buy any more candles until Tropical Spice is released, and then I’ll buy enough of that scent to get me to the Fall scents and hopefully I will have burned all the candles in my stockpile. lol)

dont panic hehe I imagine they’ll do more as we head deeper into Spring ;-D I REALLY hope they don’t do more actually ;-D I have too many to burn through this is getting absurd…talk to yourself, argue with yourself, just don’t actually TALK back to yourself hehe!

For as bad as my candle stockpile is, my hand soap collection is worse! I could sponsor a community hand-washing day and still have bottles left over at the end. B&BW sucks me in with their 2 for $20 candles and 6 for $20 hand soap deals (not to mention the additional 20% off discount they always throw at you), so I walk out of the store with 6-10 candles and 6 hand soaps fifteen times a year.

I’m making myself burn all my candles and use all my hand soaps before purchasing any more, no matter how seasonally inappropriate a scent may be. lol

I only talk back to myself in the privacy of my own home, where only my cat can judge me. Which, let’s be real, he’s judging me regardless of what I say/do because he’s a cat. ;)

P.S. I’m not crazy I swear. Everyone in my family talks to themselves (which is kind of hilarious at family events).

I have the London and love it. I also have Moroccan one and find it to be highly scented. Not a bad collection for the ones I have smelled. I have a love hate relationship with BBW. The wow factor has been lost. Has not been a fragrance in some time that sparks the “wow i have to have it” at least for me. I tend to repurchase the scents they bring back and that is it. I want something original, a scent that is uncommon….”The wow factor”

I can’t think of the notes, I go into work later. I’ll write it down then, I know it said jasmine. But I usually detest jasmine. It’s a sweet, airy fragrance. :D

    Hi there!

I just went in to B&BW today and picked up on a couple of these candles. I picked up Pink Sangria and the Peach Bellini. DD (who is, by the way, 3 1/2 years old) picked up the Coconut Leaves in mini version. She really liked the smell of that one, so we have that one burning right now in our main room.

All I can say is, lovely! :D First time using B&BW candles, and hoping I continue to enjoy them!
