Kiss Me Heroine Make Eye Makeup Remover Review

Kiss Me Heroine Make Eye Makeup Remover

Although I have plenty of favs I admit that Heroine Make Eye Makeup Remover tops my HG (holy grail) eye makeup remover list. So much so that I really wish it was something I could easily purchase in my local drugstore as going out of my way to stock up on it from Japan is such a chore sometimes.

Seriously, why can’t someone create a formula like this in our local drugstores?

This is a bi-phase remover but looking at it you’d never tell as it simply looks like cloudy water. Don’t let that fool you though. It’s probably one of the easiest ways to remove makeup quickly and efficiently with absolutely no tugging evolved. It has a knack for just breaking up ALL eye makeup including harder waterproof formulas and removing them in one simple swipe.

Heroine Make Eye Makeup Remover

I typically soak a cotton square with the remover, hold it against my eye for a few seconds, and swipe once. Done. It pretty much removes everything in a single pass and I can’t honestly say many makeup removers I’ve tried and own, both high end and low, can do the job that quickly. Best part is the fact it doesn’t sting, doesn’t leave my eyes oily, and doesn’t give me trippy cloudy vision!

LOVE this stuff.

Highly suggest trying it at least once.

It’s available at Sasa.com as well as from Adambeauty.com

there are 3 things I can NEVER own too much of 1. Pink Chanel Lip-glosses (have 30+) 2. Waterproof mascara (got 3 going at the moment). 3. Waterproof eye makeup remover that doesn’t make me feel blind. Must order this after I move. .adding it to my sasa wish list now. TYVM :)

Sounds tempting but how does it fair with waterproof mascaras? Say…do MJ mascaras stand a chance or would it still require a cleansing oil?

This looks amazing! I’m currently using and running low on a boots botanics one, which they’v now discontinued unfortunately. Buttt I don’t even mind now as this will be the one I get once it runs out!
Btw muse, you said its a bi-phase remover… but don’t you need to shake it up to mix the oils/water together?? Or are they already mixed up so there’s no need to shake it? :)

Oh I’ve eyed this before and I like Heroine line products but I tend to be hesitant with removers because the blurred vision scares me with some brands.. Does it have any strong scent? I’d just HAVE to get it if it has a floral scent to it haha

I can’t stand that funky vision after using the one I have. It’s the Target version of the Neutrogena oil free one and I have to say, I don’t like using it and end up just using a face wipe.
Are there any drugstore eye makeup removers you’ve found that don’t give you the annoying clouds??

    Hi, Muse!
This is my first comment here ever, although I’ve been reading your blog for I don’t know how long :D
My favourite remover is L’oreal (blue bottle) -I see you mentioned green version. How is the Kiss Me compared to L’oreal? It’s the only one that -as you said- doesn’t sting, leave eyes oily or cloudy vision.

hi lita! thanks for commenting today and reading musings :-D <3! The green one is great but I think Kiss Me actually removes much more and it seems to do so easily without any tugging/swiping :)
