The Bobbi Brown Nude Beach Face & Body Bronzing Duo consists of a bronzer and blush that can be worn together if you’re feel cheeky or separately to create a variety of looks. Where as many bronzers rely on an orange, tan, or matte brown shade Bobbi’s bronzer is more of a dusky dessert rose with reddish tones.
The formula runs a bit powdery so it does kick up a bit of dusk as your swirl a kabuki or powder brush into it. But the texture still remains very smooth and silky. I think it takes a little know how to get it on just right as it blends somewhat blotchy at first so use a little bit and build slowly for the best finish. I felt like either of the two shades worked great as at lending a warm flush to cheeks but not the typical tanned look from a regular bronzer. The blush which makes up half of the palette is a matte shade with excellent pigmentation. The bronzer seemed sheerer to me and more difficult to blend but still worked best when I slowly built the color and blended out and built when necessary.
It’s the type of bronzer that takes things outside the standard and that in itself makes it an unique pick!
It’s available now at Bobbi Brown counters or head over to bobbibrown.com to explore this and the Nude Beach Collection.
