I definitely stalk your blog this time of year Muse! I just officially tried my first BB products with the Sephora 500 point perk! I will say I’ve tried Bb lipstick and gloss plus the shimmer brick shadows in the past! but not these products. It’s funny how you instantly get the iconic Bb “look” when wearing her shadows! I was pleasantly surprised at the long wearing blush as well!

I’ve never tried Bobbi Brown cosmetics, but I have always wanted to. These look beautiful. I heard that the eye shadows are not very pigmented and do not last long, what do you think?

I’m becoming obsessed with Bobbi Brown. I decided I needed to do something about my undereye circles and failing concealer two weeks ago, so I went to BB counter and had them match me with corrector, which I bought. I didn’t buy the concealer to go on top because I have plenty of a mac one that is still working. The MA also put a little bit of shadow on me and fixed my eyeliner which she had rubbed off, and now I’m desperate for her shadows. I know the naked/neutral thing has been going on a while, but the shades in these palettes and the Katie Holmes one are completely infiltrating my brain.

Bobbi Brown is by far and away my favorite brand. There’s hardly anything of hers that comes out that I don’t want want want. The ones I most want out of the holiday set are the Everyday Pretty Lip & Eye Palette and the lip gloss trio. I’m kind of surprised I’m not as into the other eyeshadow palettes as I’m normally dying to get them. Oh well, good for my wallet that I’m not! And I just got a huge Bobbi Brown haul from the Cosmetics Company Store (outlet store). I got so much good stuff cheap!

That Old Hollywood Palette and the Shimmer Brick look gorgeous! I would bet my left foot these end up at the CCO after the new year. I got BB’s cocktail luminizer (remember the one with the gold/silver sides and imprint of martinis?) at CCO for a much cheaper price and I also got a fab eyeshadow palette. :)

I’m wondering how I missed this review? I was reviewing and found tnis review. I have been OBSESSING over these shimmer bricks and especially the Nude Glow shimmer brick. Initially BB Web site artist said in October to release the Nude Glow shimmer brick. Then I was told it will be in November. OMG I don’t think I can make it, waiting that long! What is a girl to do?????? LOL Love Miss BB. I thing I NEED to buy an eye shadow kit now to hold me over…. :-)

Nordstrom.com has Miss BB holiday 2013 items available: Nude Glow Shimmer Brick and the Sequin Shimmer Brick. And still states “coming soon” on the Holiday section on their Web site. So hthe shopping can begin. Also noted the new items from Laura Mercer. I really like the looks of the travel brush set ($125). Muse can you help me with the brushes. I’ve had Mac and Miss BB brushes recommended. I would like to get universal brushes. I have been told the companies have their brushes to be used for their products. Muse. I have few of Miss BB thay I have had for years and some from Bare Minerals. I did find a difference with the mineral foundation and their brush for a better application. For my base foundation I continue to use Bare Minerals. I believe you had reviewed Sephora brush set thatwas in a tube cannister. Any ideas concerning brushes is welcomed. Thank you!

      Hi adele.

Not sure what exactly you needed help with…did you want me to compare mac and BB brushes? or recommend you something…? All three companies made some great brushes so you’re sure to be pleased with any of the three brands you choose! Sephora has great brushes as does both MAC and BB of course Sephora is a bit cheaper if you’re on a budget although I haven’t tried any of the Holiday brushes as of yet but will do so soon and review!
