Happiest Hallloween!

Happy Halloween!

May it be filled with the macabre, the spooky, the creepy, the crawly, and all the snack size snickers your little stomach can handle!

This is like Christmas for me, favorite Holiday ever! icon smile

Enjoy it and revel in the magic of the day!

Happy Halloween, Muse! this is my fav holiday too. This year I’m dressed as Dexter and made a kill room in my office with Raggedy Ann as the one laid upon my killing table. Her victims are Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Morgan Freeman, Stephen King, Dexter, Alfonsio Ribero- that one made me laugh so hard, I cried.

Alfonsio Ribero? Why did she kill him? what’s the back story on that?! ;-D LOL! lovely! I’m not dressed yet (real life interfered like have a meeting late today) but will be later today! I’m the Rani this year, all big hair, shoulder pads and glam 80’s makeup and bangles! I’m doing Kate O’Mara proud! even paid 2 million dollars for a sonic lipstick from evil bay…I think I’m set!

Happy Halloween, Muse, and to the other readers here, too! I’m going to a friend’s house today, but I’m not going to stay too long. My kitty was spayed the other day and she’s still acting a bit funny, hiding under the bed and being quiet (not her usual self), so I’m more concerned about her than anything. Not up to any crazy partying. Hopefully everyone else can party on my behalf.

Awww, thanks, Muse! Daisy is coming out a little, but she’s still not eating much and still skittish. I still plan on going to my friend’s house for a few hours, though; I think she’ll be fine, she’ll probably just sleep. I think in a couple of days she’ll be back to normal. She has her post-op check-up on Monday. You should have seen me try to give her medicine — not an easy task! She spit it out the first try, but I got it down on the second attempt. Cats are hard customers with medicine; dogs are much easier. It’s so difficult to see your fur babies in pain. I’d rather I had the surgery instead of her, seriously. I can’t take seeing her hurting.

aw thank god…been a few days how is she now!? I hope you had a happy Halloween! I totally understand :( I love my animals and would def take it for them if I could. dogs seem to adapt very well to meds and aren’t as mushy….My dogs have always been really good with any surgeries/meds they were on but my cats are completely dopey with meds…they become completely different animals whenever a surgery or meds are involved! Saffy was far worst than Queenie…she kinda scared me with the way she was acting thankfully in a few days she was back to her play self! I’m hoping Daisy is too by now :)

BEST HOLIDAY EVER! We had a block party last weekend, I’d say about 1/3 of the neighbors dressed up. LOL It was our first so I think next year will be better. WE may even go with a zombie theme to keep things easy for people. LOL

I took a couple days off to recharge. This has been a really tough year and I won’t go into details because Halloween deserves an upbeat post.

I had a lot of fun carving many a pumpkin, a very large “Jack”, and I made my special batch of pumpkin seeds. THe kids that came to my house were really into their costumes this year and it was great seeing them.

It was funny because we have a large pond in the front yard that is really hidden from the street – the parents were having a hard time getting their kids to leave. LMAO! (just pray none come back to do a little fishing):-O
