Milani Rose Powder Blush is Back!

Milani Coming Up Roses Powder Blush

I’m very excited to report Milani Rose Powder is back! They sold out rather quickly last year didn’t they? They’ll be available at Walgreens next month but if you’re impatient you can grab them now at milanicosmetics.com.

Shades:

  • Coral Cove
  • Lady Rouge
  • Love Potion
  • Tea Rose

Will you be grabbing them?

I only have one shade so I def wanna grab the other three shades!

It’s so sad,(I am a blush fiend) but it seems like I have no other choice, last year Milani put out these LE Blushes, I picked up back ups of the 2 of the matte shades. I didn’t care for Bella Rosa from last year because it wasn’t that pigmented and was a little patchy and I never picked up Warm Petals because I am not that into bronzy-gold shimmery blushes. Based on the picture, some look similar to the one’s I picked up last year, I don’t if I should wait ’till they arrive next month in stores or buy it on their website because I know in drugstores they sometimes have sales. I also checked their website and saw this time around they’re all matte. So excited right now.

I’m a sucker for coral blushes, pinky blushes just enhance my rosacea : (. I was impressed by Milani’s other blushes, so if I can locate these I definitely want to try them!

I got all 4 last year and was very disappointed. They were very splotchy and had a strange texture which probably came from the stabilizers used to create the flower shape. I gave all 4 away, but since I am a blush junky I decided to order the new coral one hoping they fixed the problems from last year. Fingers crossed! Ps new reader here. I really love your blog!

I really like your blog, Muse! Feel like I’m vicariously shopping when I read. Very fun, thanks. I’m having trouble linking to your new color swatch of Milani Rose Blush though. It keeps linking me to last year’s shade review. I’m probably just confused though. Thanks for all your reviews. Love ya!

I’m impatient so i ordered last thurs lol. My cvs never has a good selection of milani, let alone new LE stuff. I ordered 3 of the rose blushes and the bella rosa new matte shade.

These are much different in person, and very pigmented. They’re showing up in stores now. Especially Walgreens.

I’m on the fence about these after I bought all four of the Coming Up Roses blushes from Milani last year and was seriously disappointed in them. They looked lovely but had absolutely zero staying power. I’d apply in the morning and they color would be gone by mid-morning.

Now the baked blushes are a different story since they are awesome.

mmmm I kinda like them tbh last year the shades were all very pretty! I didn’t have an issue with them fading although the formula was a little dense but aside from that I was good with them but I question do I need four more!? and I have to say as much as I loved the baked blushes I haven’t used them in a while since sometimes they are a little too shimmery GULP did I really say that?! :D

I just got them and they are going back. they are very chalky and powdery and swatch horribly. Not what i expected at all. And i think that the rose makes it hard to get an even application. the baked matte blushes are awesome so i was really disappointed

Too shimmery? Hello who is this? But you are right about the “old” baked blushes — I was referring to the two new matte ones! Those are pretty great. As far as last year’s Coming Up Roses, maybe it has something to do with my drier skin? I wear a tinted moisturizer (no foundation) but I swear I’d sneeze and the blush would be gone!
