Too Faced Candy Bar Palette Review & Swatches
At $15 bucks on sale at Ulta.com might I suggest snatching up the Too Faced Candy Bar Palette & Phone Case for yourself or as a gift?
This cute palette features eyeshadow, bronzer, blush, AND a case for your iPhone 5.
Tell me what more could a girl want?
This is the second time that Too Faced launched a palette that was snapped into a iPhone case! They did two variations for the Holiday 2013 as well. the palette itself is housed in a plastic compact with a clear lid so you can pop it out of the iPhone case easily and store it without having to keep it INSIDE the iPhone case at all times. The actually iPhone case looks like a cute unwrapped chocolate! Could me juvenile but I love this packaging, it’s cute and I like getting an accessory for my phone with my makeup purchase. Of course, it stinks if you aren’t an iPhone user…hopefully Too Faced will create options for other phones in the future.
The palette is a little flimsy just a warning so it could crack or break if you travel with it. The makeup inside is also not what you’d typically get from Too Faced as the shadows and face products are a bit sheerer and less velvety than what you’d typically get from Too Faced. But for $15? It’s like you get the color portion for free and merely paid for the iPhone face.

Too Faced Candy Bar Palette Swatches (Blush, Bronzer, Eyeshadows)
The palette contains 11 eyeshadows, one bronzer, and one blush. I wish they made the blush a permanent shade as it is a lovely coral! The only real issues I had with the palette was the wells are a bit small so you can wriggle a blush brush or eyeshadow brush into them so well. Aside from that the formula is quite good. The shadows are smooth, soft, and blend easily. As I mentioned they aren’t the typical Too Faced formula but they aren’t bad either! They have fairly good pigment as well. The blush is gorgeous! It’s a bright, pigmented shade of coral. The bronzer is equally nice and on par with the Chocolate Soleil Matte Bronzer (but it doesn’t smell like chocolate).
This was originally priced at $25, I’d personally say it’s good at around $20 but on sale at $15? Even BETTER!
