Bath & Body Works Weekend Apple Picking Nourishing Hand Cream Review
My friend Jai picked me Bath & Body Works Weekend Apple Picking Nourishing Hand Cream as Bath & Body Works is previewing their Fall 2014 Collection this week.
Notice they removed “Antibacterial Hand Cream” from the title! I’m a hand cream junkie, I apply it almost as often as lip balm so this is propped up on my desk at the moment to give me my dose of Fall.
According to Jai the hand soap actually smells like a bit of maple combined with the red apples however, I think in the cream format I didn’t get those notes and he agreed. Mostly it smells like a red apple mixed with a fresher, floral note aspect. It’s supposed to have notes of red apple along with maple “kissed air” and warm woods. It’s a nice fragrance and does indeed evoke a sense of Fall but NOT so much that it doesn’t fit in with the heat of August *wink*!
This is a thicker, rich hand cream that provides very nice moisture but be warned it does make my hands slightly slippery so after applying I have to be careful about touching my mouse, pens, etc because it tends to leave a film on items I touch! But it still provides really intense moisture so if you have dry hands this is great!
Jai picked it up in store so it should be hard to find but I have yet to see it online at bathandbodyworks.com!
Anyone sniff it?
Thoughts?
Grab up anything else during the Fall Preview? I honestly haven’t ventured in store yet to have a look!
