EOS Rachel Roy A Ray of Holiday Sunshine Lip Balm Set

The new EOS A Ray of Holiday Sunshine Lip Balm Set is inspired by fashion designer Rachel Roy and contains three new flavors of EOS Lip Sphere Lip Balm with a friendly price tag of $9.99. It’s a cute budget pick up for Secret Santas, stocking stuffers, or if you’re a lover of the EOS Lip Balm formula I’m sure you’ll want this set.

The set includes Indian Summer, Orange Blossom, and Aloha Hawaii Strawberry which are three brand new, limited edition flavors (although they are so tasty I don’t see them going away for good! I imagine EOS will relaunch them at some point).

I purchased the EOS Rachel Roy A Ray of Holiday Sunshine Lip Balm Set at Ulta.com but haven’t yet seen it in stores! I hear reports that is popping up at Walgreens so you might wish to check there for a purchase if you aren’t interested in buying it online.

The lip spheres are housed in a circular cardboard container and pretty much have a Summer-y vibe. That’s a little unexpected as it is a Holiday set but I’m not complaining I like the colorful shades of orange, coral, and red! Some people love the EOS Lip Sphere formula, some not so much as it isn’t hydrating enough from what I hear from readers. Personally I like them. I like the shape, I like the cute design, and I like the lightly balmy, flavorful formula. These smell positively gorgeous and have a very nice flavor! If you’re sensitive you might want to avoid but if you don’t mind flavored lip balm I’m sure you’ll find these as tasty as I did.

Indian Summer is a citrus-y pink grapefruit. This is slightly tart, slightly bitter, and has a little sweetness to it! It’s a very true grapefruit flavor! Orange Blossom is probably one of my favorites from the set. Unlike the name there isn’t anything floral about it! It’s a very sweet orange-y flavor! And Aloha Hawaii Strawberry is a nice light strawberry flavor! All three have a lightly balmy texture they protect lips and give them a nice soft finish as the balm wears away. They aren’t super moisturizing but they are great for those who bite their lips a lot or need a little something balmy to keep dry, flakiness at bay!

Overall, I loved the set. I think it’s a perfect stocking stuffer, little inexpensive gift, or of course, a perfect gift for yourself!

The EOS Rachel Roy A Ray of Holiday Sunshine Lip Balm Set is available now at Ulta.com, drugstore.com, or at Walgreens!

These look great! Would like to try the Orange Blossom one, wonder if they sell that one separately. But all three sound interesting.

I just bought this yesterday! I love the orange one the best…to me it smells like orange juice! I was the most excited for the Strawberry Kiwi but I was bummed out because it’s very similar to strawberry sorbe (sp?) from the permanent line. The grapefruit one is true to name…I agree. I just wished I liked grapefruit a little more 😉

did you try the wildberry yet? It was a little bummed because it was so subtle compared to these three! Def love the orange one 😀 I expected some sort of floral type flavor but it tastes just like oranges 😀

OMG! I bought this set for $5 CAD at Giant Tiger in Canada! It’s not called Rachel Roy, with all the fancy names for the flavors lol. It’s just grapefruit, orange and strawberry. But they are pretty awesome, and the flavors are amazing!
