Are you in need of an Urban Decay Perversion dupe that wears long on your waterline? No problem! I got you covered!

Here’s a fix!

As far as I’m concerned Urban Decay Perversion 24/7 Eye Pencil is the best thing in the makeup universe! UD calls it matte but personally I think it’s a glossy blacker than black pigmented eyeliner that looks incredible on my eyes. It’s creamy, it applies flawlessly, and it wears very, very well on my drier eyes. It’s one of the blackest pencils I personally own and one of my favorite eyeliners that I use pretty much every single day.

But if you’re a beauty budget kinda girl and you want something cheaper that wears long on your waterline might I introduce you to Milani Liquid Eye Liquid-Like Eyeliner Pencil ($5.19)?

Milani Liquid Eye Liquid-Like Eyeliner Pencil

Milani Liquid Eye Liquid-Like Eyeliner Pencil swatches

Milani Liquid Eye Liquid-Like Eyeliner Pencil is a super creamy glossy blacker than black gel based eyeliner that gives you the look of a liquid eyeliner but the ease of a pencil. It’s super creamy, glides on flawlessly without skipping or tugging, and gives eyes a pop of super black pigmented color. It also happens to wear very strongly on the waterline with remnants still remaining at around hour eight of wear!

So if you love Perversion but you aren’t in love with it’s price tag you can snag Milani Liquid Eye Liquid-Like Eyeliner Pencil for a mere five bucks and call it even.

Get it now at drugstore.com.

I have been thinking of a new liner for waterlines, etc. I’m going to definitely hunt this down. Do they have other colors, too?
What about a sharpener? I don’t have a good eyeliner sharpener at the moment.

    • Isabella Muse

They do sharpen! And yes, there are other shades available 🙂 five to be exact including a lovely teal!

Muse these liners look really nice. I noticed that the picture above states .04 ounces on bottom of card. The drugstore.com website states .01 ounces. Please clarify. Thanks.

    • Isabella Muse

I can’t confirm why drugstore.com says .01 oz unfortunately. Mine is 0.04 oz as stated on the package. Hope this helps?

I think I want to try this in the brown and purple colors. Do you think Ulta has these or what stores would?

  • lily

I had tried this before but it was a bust for me unfortunately 🙁 Even when not using it on my water line and just on my regular lash line, the product migrated and smeared all over my contacts. I couldn’t use this and not have it smear 🙁 sadly it had to go into the garbage bin

    • Isabella Muse

oh no sorry lily! I don’t wear contacts and my eyes are dry so I didn’t have any problems!

  • Karyn Kirke

Have you tried this on the upper waterline? Do they transfer? Would love the perfect tight lining pencil!

    • Isabella Muse

I don’t have any issues with it transferring. My eyes are drier though!

These look very similar to the Jordana 12 HR Made to last eye pencils. Do they perform about the same or better would you say?

    • Prncess23

Milani is the sister company of Jordana I believe. I love Jordana’s FabuLiner.

  • Katherine T.

I have this in purple and blue, they don’t last on my wet waterline (nothing does) but otherwise, the pigment, color, and wear time are great. A real drugstore gem

Have you tried these on the upper waterline? If you have, what do you think? Do they transfer much?

    • Isabella Muse

I haven’t noticed any transfer issues when tightlining the upper waterline Karyn, hope this helps!

This is the best black eye liner for the waterline that I own! Period! I also own this pencil in Gold, Silver, Brown, Purple, and a beautiful Aqua Teal!

Hi Muse, I want to ask something regarding this eyeliner. An eyeliner this creamy tends to give me watery eyes if I apply it on my water line or lower lash line. Have u experienced this issue???
