New Revlon Colorstay 2-in-1 Compact Makeup and Concealer

New Revlon Colorstay 2-in-1 Compact Makeup and Concealer1

The new new Revlon Colorstay 2-in-1 Compact Makeup and Concealer is launching now at drugstores! Revlon Colorstay 2-in-1 Compact Makeup and Concealer is available in 12 permanent shades and includes a lightweight balm foundation along with a coordinating concealer for concealing imperfections!

Apparently the shades are “expertly matched” for a natural, flawless finish.

Balm foundations are slowly becoming a trend and for good reason as they provide moist, lightweight, breathable coverage that looks natural and second skin like in finish!

I’m excited to try out the new Revlon Colorstay 2-in-1 Compact Makeup and Concealer for myself!

I’ll share my thoughts soon!

Look out for at drugstores.

More photos at the jump.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Looks like an interesting concept worth trying out! I’m actually not a big fan of the liquid Colorstay formula but loved the whipped version when I tried it a few years ago so hopefully this will be a winner too.

Do you have ingredients? My skin doesn’t do well with too many “cones”

I’ll definitely give this a try. I really like the liquid Colorstay foundation and anything that is travel friendly is worth a try!

I want to compare the ingredient list of this to Milani’s Smooth Finish Compact Makeup (which is almost an exact formula dupe of Benefit’s Some Kind A Gorgeous).

This looks interesting – as long as you either use something other than the supplied sponge to apply it OR clean the sponge thoroughly after every use.

Here’s the ingredient list for Milani’s Smooth FInish Cream-to_Powder Makeup:

Dimethicone, Isopropyl Isostearate, Neopentyl Glycol Diethylhexanoate, Tribehenin, Isostearyl Behenate, Silica, Nylon-12, Tridecyl Trimellitate, Talc, Euphorbia Cerifera Cera (Candelilla Wax), Myristyl Myristate, Polyethylene, Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Sorbitan Trioleate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Isopropyl Titanium Triisostearate, Ethylene/Methacrylate Copolymer, Lauroyl Lysine, Myristyl Laurate, Fragrance (Parfum), Propylparaben, Retinyl Palmitate, Glycine Soja (Soybean) Oil, Myristyl Alcohol, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Benzyl Alcohol, Coumarin, Limonene, Benzyl Salicylate, Linalool, Citronellol, Benzyl Benzoate, Geraniol. +/- May Contain: Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499), Ultamarines (CI 77007).

VERY similar – so much so, if you don’t care for the Milani product, you probably won’t care for the Revlon OR Benefit, either. Bear in mind it’s the first 4-5 ingredients that do most of the work in a formula (ingredients are listed in order from most to least).

    Hi…
I had no idea Revlon had a new foundation out, until I walked in to a Rite-Aid. NOW – I have been using the product and really do love it. It doesn’t seem to transfer as easily and for the price, say $10-15 dollars, it’s also great. I’m happy with it. I bought 2 different shades so that I can contour !
