About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I’m pretty excited for this collection. My son loves Lush and he’s always asking to stop in. We’re reasonably stocked for now, but I’m sure by the end of the month we’ll be running light again. We’re also headed to Las Vegas next week and we always like to pop across the street to the Fashion Show mall to pick up a little something for the huge tub at the hotel!

We’re big fans of the eggs and always buy a few. I’m hesitant about the bubble bar though. We’re fussy about scents, preferring citrus or berry smelling things. I don’t quite know if this one will work for us, but the color is lovely!

MMM Golden Egg is one of my all-time favorites, hands down. It is the most luxurious melt and the fragrance is so warm and sweet. I wish they’d add it to permanent line. I’ll have to skip it this year as I maxed out on boxing day sale in December and am too stocked up already. 🙁

Ultraviolet!! Finally, it’s back! I’ve already bought a few, but I need to stock up so I have plenty to get me through the year! So wish they would make it part of the permanent line. Sigh.
